L'importance de bien choisir son personnel si on ne veut pas perdre sa clientèle.
Pros:

L'emplacement car l'hôtel est proche du lieu où je dois me rendre.

Cons:

La condescendance de l'hôte d'accueil qui s'est permis de me dire que si je n'étais pas satisfaite, il y a d'autres hôtels car je lui ai dit que ce n'était pas normal de trouver une chambre avec des fojrmis et une entrée recouverte de toiles d'araignée avec des insectes morts.

Pros:

Хорошее месторасположение, удобный подъезд, большая парковка на территории отеля, уютные номера, чистота, горячий душ, удобная постель, все в отеле просто отлично.
Есть сад во дворе где можно отдохнуть после дороги.
Рядом много кофе, ресторанов, дорожек для прогулок.

Petit déjeuner faible et pas beaucoup de chose, la nourriture avait très chaud, c’était pas bon. La chambre était sale, la douche petite et cassée de partout ( pommeau, robinet) et l’évier était bouché

La localité

Le petit déjeuner était très pauvre il n’y avait pu de jus d’orange juste un morceau de pain. Vraiment très très pauvre comme petit déjeuner. La loterie était inconfortable les oreiller sont dur comme du béton. Hôtel pas très classe.

Lage im Industriegebiet, im direkten Umkreis ist nicht viel und nach Grenoble rein ist schon auch noch ein Stück.
Zimmer und Bad extrem klein, Größe ähnlich wie auf einer Fähre.
Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.
Dusche brauchte ewig um warm zu werden und hat gemüffelt.
Polnische LKW Fahrer feierten bis nachts, scheint generell eher ein Trucker Motel zu sein

Le confort du lit

Cons:

L'accueil, j'ai eu le sentiment de déranger, d'ailleurs on m'a demandé d'attendre car Monsieur était sur son téléphone à réserver un billet d'avion pour son fils.
Le petit déjeuner bien que pas cher est une pure escroquerie, le café est bon, mais a part un cake de chez Lidl et un pot de yahourt, ne pensez pas que cela vous suffira.
Les poubelles à l'extérieur sont pleines, il y a des détritus un peu partout.
Sans compter le manque d'insonorisation.
