How to check-in/out:
You can pay by cash during opening hours; from 06:30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 during the week, and from 07:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekends and public holidays.

If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel directly in order to obtain your log-in code for the automatic credit card payment and key dispenser system. You will need this code to retrieve the magnetic key card to your room.

Guests arriving after 21:00 are kindly requested to contact the hotel using the details on the booking confirmation in order to obtain access to their room.

Un grand merci à Marie, de l'accueil de l'hôtel Kyriad Gaillard, pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son sourire. Son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. C'est un vrai plaisir d'être reçu par une personne aussi bienveillante.
