I chose this place just because it was close to the company where I was going. I can't comment location, but it's definitely not a good choice if you came because of Toulouse. It's far away from downtown.
Comparing to the room price, this accommodation was OK. Rooms are really small, but clean and good enough for a sleep. Bed is comfortable. Lighting is very poor. Bathroom - don't know how to tell you how small it is. When you think of small - think even smaller. With shower area, it has max 1,2 m2. Again, for one night, you'll survive. :)
Breakfast was satisfactory, but nothing special.
Anyhow, cheap option for short stay, if you have duties close to this motel.

A ce prix là il ne faut pas s'attendre à plus. On sait bien pourquoi c'est pas cher. Ça dépanne !

Le lit s'affaisse au milieu, on retombait l'un sur l'autre. On entend la chasse d'eau des voisins.

Très correct pour le prix.
Pros:

j'ai l'habitude d'aller dans ce type d'hôtel et je sais à quoi m'attendre. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut mais c'est un peu minimaliste. Le petit déjeuner était correct mais il me semble qu'avant il y avait un peu de fromage et de la charcuterie.

Cons:

Rien, le coin douche est très petit mais cela n'a pas changé . On a un peu de mal à poser ses affaires. Sinon la chambre était bien chauffée.
Comme c'était un dimanche tous les restaurants étaient fermés à part les fast foods; nous ne souhaitions pas reprendre la voiture et les environs d'hôtels de ce type sont loin de tout!

Cons:

La chambre sentait le tabac une horreur,l odeur incrusté dans les murs j'ai du descendre a l accueil et le personnel m'a donné un spray au citron que j'ai aspergé sans modération. Je pense qu une petite bouilloire avec des dosettes de café aurait été très apprécié..
Aussi l emplacement a côté d un DRIVE se n'est pas très silencieux et je ne serais pas étonné que se soit un point de vente de stupéfiants vu le va te viens... Jusque tard dans la nuit..
