Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Cons:

In manchen Nächten war die Umgebung durch laute Musik von draußen sehr laut, sodass das Schlafen etwas schwierig war.

Top-tier service and fantastic stay!
Great, comfortable room, but what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff. Service is absolutely TOP-level!
They checked us in early and even offered us breakfast while we waited, which was such a thoughtful touch after our journey. On top of that, every request — whether for an iron or extra water — was handled instantly.
Huge thanks to the team for making our stay so seamless. Highly recommended!

Très bon séjour en famille dans cet hôtel que je recommande vivement.
Pros:

Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et serviable.
L’emplacement est idéal, à 2 pas de la place Taksim et de toutes les commodités (restaurants, commerces, transports en commun, bureaux de change), dans un quartier très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est très correct.
La piscine est un plus.
