Pros:

Big Thanks goes to Zulal , she was very helpful and made sure everyday during breakfast that all the clients are good and happy in the hotel and she is very helpful and friendly and what ever you ask her she will try her best to help you out , And all staff whenever you need anything they will do it immediately and they have gave us 1 hour extra after the checkout timing.

Cons:

Their is a bad smell in the lobby , the food smell of the restaurant reached to the hotel rooms , needs to be more clean

Персонал был дружелюбный,номера чистые,дали +2 часа бесплатного прибывания и чекаут был в 14:00, это было приятно .

Cons:

Невозможно было уснуть ночью, так как музыка из ресторана на углу орала до 3 ночи ,локация не для сна.

Excellent hotel and stay overall, there is nothing I can fault. Very central and convenient location with good Buffett and value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul
