A top hotel experience!
Pros:

The hotel is even better than in the pictures! I went with my wife for 4 nights and everything was amazing. The room was vast, with great beds and lighting! Breakfast was amazing and the pool was beautiful. The hotel itself is next to Taksim Square, 5 mins from the metro. Special thanks to Baris and Zülal, who made this stay even greater!! Would totally recommend for couples and families as well!!

Very good location, easy to get around different places. Staff at the reception were very helpful and fulfilled all out request before and during the stay

Un séjour trop bien, mais trop court..
Pros:

Tout la réception était très accueillant. Le personnel à l’écoute le directeur très gentil généreux. Le restaurant a été très correct les chambres nickel propres la piscine et le bar aussi.

Cons:

Nous avons tout aimé juste si ils peuvent rajouter une rampe pour les fauteuils roulants pour monter à la terrasse où il y a la piscine.

موقع جميل وفندق مميز
Pros:

موقع الفندق ممتاز قريب جدا من تقسيم والمسافة الى ساحة تقسيم تقريبا 5 دقايق والطريق مستوي لايوجد به مرتفعات
المنطقة جميله بها مطاعم وكافيهات وبقالة مقابل للفندق
لو رجعت مرة اخرى سوف اقوم بالحجز فيه

Rien c est catastrophique l’hôte est vraiment sale les sale de bain avec des champignons sur les mure l hôtel est ancien rien ne ressemble les photos le petit déjeuner nul

J’ai été très déçu par mon séjour à l’hôtel Golden Age Taksim.

Les chambres sont petites, mal entretenues, et il n’y a aucune tranquillité. Le personnel est impoli et bruyant : dès 7h du matin, ils parlent fort dans les couloirs, ce qui rend le repos impossible.

La salle de bain est dans un état inacceptable, avec des traces de moisissures (champignons) sur les murs, ce qui pose un sérieux problème d’hygiène.

Le petit déjeuner est très médiocre. À part l’omelette, il n’y a pratiquement rien de correct. Ce n’est même pas un vrai buffet : on ne peut pas se servir soi-même, et on vous limite à une simple tranche de pain par personne. C’est franchement honteux.

Le service est également défaillant. Quand vous appelez la réception pour demander quelque chose (comme du savon ou du gel douche), on vous répond que ça arrive tout de suite… mais rien ne vient.

Autre point très inquiétant : les serviettes ne sont pas changées régulièrement et les draps étaient sales. C’est inacceptable pour un hôtel.

Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Méfiez-vous.
