Neat, big room, very close to our school.
Only the location I like
Room size was extremely small even no such space for luggage.
Small space for lobby and breakfast
Reception to lift, there was steps of stairs and difficult to walk with luggage.
The room was very spacious. Comfortable bed. The location was great. The heating worked well considering that it was a very cold night.
The showerhead over the bath should probably be placed at the end of the bath, not on the long side. Now when you shower, the bathroom floor gets very wet. A bigger desk with multiple plug sockets would be more useful than what is there now. The chair at the desk is not fit for purpose.
Great location, friendly and polite staff. Stayed here a 2/3 times before due to location and helpful staff.
The staff are so kind and helpful..They treat everyone like family..very welcoming, very calm n kind, always smiling..it felt like home.Having to leave got me so emotional.
The breakfast is beyond basic
The staff was nice and responsive and the hotel has a great placement.
The room was very small, the photos were not accurate.
There was a lot of noise in the morning for the breakfast preparations and at night, we could hear the toilet water flush from upstairs.
The room was at the ground floor and we could hear all the noise outside, people were chatting outside our window.
We asked for a double bed with a full size mattress, and we got a 2 mattress bed( apparently all their beds are like this).

Great hotel in the middle of Paris. Close to the sights, walking distance from the Sacre Couer, Opera, The Louvre, Jardin de Tuileries and the Champs Elysees.
Plus only minutes away from the Gare St Lazare.
The room was large, spotless and chix, included a seating area, bathroom, coffee machine, fridge and a comfortable double bed. Who knew shag pile carpets were still a thing!
The staff were very welcoming, smiles from the moment we arrived until we left.
The Continental breakfast set us up well for day 2 of sightseeing.

The hotel is very close to the city centre (less than a 5 min walk), but still in a very quiet street. Staff is friendly and the rooms were clean and bigger than expected.
One of the elevators wasn’t working, which made it not so easy to move our luggage.
The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help us especially with getting around.
Staff were accommodating. Great location, very near Gare Saint Lazare, mall Printemps, lots of restaurants. It was in the midst of the olympics so its understandably pricey.
