Pros:

Très bel hôtel pour se relaxer quelques jours à Hollbox
Très bon petit déjeuner buffet très varié, chacun y trouve son bonheur entre petit déjeuner plutôt mexicain ou petit déjeuner continental
Plage privée à l'écart du centre donc peu de bruit la nuit
Très belle et grande chambre, salle de douche magnifique.

Cons:

Le fait de devoir donner une caution pour avoir des serviettes de plage

Pros:

Beautiful place that is big enough to offer all the facilities, but feels still comfy and familiar. As others have said, breakfast is amazing. Rooms are bright and spacious, beds are new and comfortable, and the beach is just a few steps away.

If I may offer one tiny improvement: marking vegetarian options at the buffet (and there were plenty) would make things a bit easier for vegetarian guests and staff who get asked what's what.

Beautiful location but disappointing experience due to unresolved loss of a sentimental item
Pros:

The location is beautiful with a stunning beach and very nice natural surroundings. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of options. The rooms have some wear but also a certain charm that fits the island atmosphere.

Cons:

Service was inconsistent. Some staff were excellent while others were slow, for example it sometimes took up to an hour to receive drinks from the bar.

The main issue was that a cosmetic bag containing a ring and a sentimental armband disappeared from the room after housekeeping entered, even though cleaning had not been requested. We reported this immediately, and the hotel checked with staff but the item was not found and no clear explanation was provided. This was very disappointing. If the item does turn up later, we would of course be very happy to update this review.

Sehr schönes Hotel in Holbox!
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind schön und haben eine riesige Dusche. Das Reinigungsteam ist super! Die Hotel-Anlage ist umwerfend! Der Strandabschnitt ist wirklich sehr schön und ruhig. Das Serviceteam bei den Strandliegen ist extrem bemüht! Und das Essen sowie die Drinks waren sehr gut. Vor allem die frisch gepressten Säfte waren sehr lecker. Man konnte auch vor Ort Fahrräder ausleihen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

Cons:

Es gab keine Handseife, weshalb man immer in die Dusche zum Seifenspender laufen musste, um sich die Hände gründlich zu waschen. Zudem hatten wir ein Zimmer, bei dessen Aussicht man auf den Müllplatz blickte (was weniger romantisch ist). Und es war an einigen Abenden sehr laut, weil Hotelgäste herumgebrüllt haben. Da wäre es super, wenn das Hotel etwas unternommen hätte. Das Personal ist sehr lieb, allerdings ist das Service-Team im Restaurant langsam und unzuverlässig. Wir haben an 2 von 3 Tagen unseren Kaffee nicht erhalten, obwohl wir mehrmals darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben. Am letzten Tag hat sich das Team dann aber bemüht :)

Nice accomatation at very good beach
Pros:

Large suites in nice surounding, newly renovated. Located at a very good section of the main beach. Many opportunities to rest on or close to the beach. Good breakfast.

Cons:

No hooks for the bathroom towels. No shelfs for your clothes in the room and your personal lotions in the shower. No daily drinking water in closed bottels.

Wirklich ein kleines Paradies
Pros:

Die Hotelanlage ist in einen kleinen Palmendschungel gebaut, was eine super Atmosphäre schafft. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und auch der Bereich am Strand ist sehr schön. Die Auswahl beim Essen ist sehr groß und für jeden ist was dabei. Können das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

La atención del personal, la ubicación y la limpieza

Cons:

Nos acomodaron a lado de donde se encontraban construyendo otra habitación, el volumen de la televisión era extremadamente bajo y no se podía subir el volumen (amablemente nos explicaron que estaba configurado así para evitar molestias), la taza de baño tiraba agua y el refrigerador hacia mucho ruido por las noches

Pros:

La chambre confortable est moderne une superbe douche. L'amabilité du personnel, l'hôtel les chambres sont propres malgré le sable qui est fin. Les ratons laveurs et le chant des oiseaux aux abord de l'hôtel qui nous donnent un goût du paradis. La proximité de la plage et ses transats. Le petit-déjeuner et les repas plage sont bons avec des fruits frais et de bon cocktail.

Boende med perfekt läge.
Pros:

Kan verkligen rekommendera Villas HM Paraiso. Läget är perfekt med stranden precis utanför. Väldigt fint boende med direkt närhet till stranden och solbäddarna.

Cons:

Om man ska klaga på något så var fruktjuicen som man beställde i juicebaren på frukosten vattnig. Hade varit bra med en borste på rummet så man kan sopa ut sanden. Men annars var det ett fantastiskt boende.

Es lamentable que un hotel como este no tenga un buen servicio de internet teniendo al alcance empresas como Starlink, estuvimos 7 días y en las habitaciones no había conexión
