Een fantastisch verblijf, op de mooiste locatie van het eiland. Heerlijke strandbedden.
Pros:

De locatie aan het mooiste strand van Isla Holbox, een enorm uitgebreid ontbijt, prachtig verzorgde tuin met leguanen en wasbeertjes. Veel privacy en een prachtige ruime kamer!

Muy agradable el ambiente y la estancia.
Pros:

El personal muy amable. La ubicación es muy buena y solo esta a unos metros de la.playa, cruzando una callle.
Desayuno bastante bueno y bufete también esta bien, aunque ninguno de los dos se puede calificar de excelente pero esta muy de acuerdo con el precio.
Después.de hacer el check Out nos prestaron las toallas de la piscina y nos permitieron seguir utilizando las instalaciones.Muchas gracias.
Solo una pequeña pega... los coches de alquiler los rentan como mínimo por 4 horas y por este motivo salen algo caros. Hay otros puntos para rentar por una y por dos horas que salen mas económicos. Dos horas creo que es mas que suficiente para recorrer lo mas importante de la isla.
Mensaje para la.proiedad. Diganle al pintor.que tenga mas cuidado para que no le caigan gotas de pintura en el suelo, o por lo menos que limpie antes de que se seque. Este último comentario no afecta en absoluto al confort, pero a la vista le hace daño.

Nagyon szívesen visszamennénk.
Pros:

Az elhelyezkedése kiváló. Mindennap tisztaság volt, még a homokot is rendezték, gereblyézték hogy mindig ízléses legyen.

Cons:

Az étterem egy picit kicsi. Általában sorba kellett állni. A teraszon nehezen lehetett helyet kapni.

Perfect Location! Walking distance to everything!

Perfect location! Felt super safe as a solo female traveler. Family friendly. Walking distance to everything. Amazing staff! Super clean rooms. Shout out to Antonio at the buffet restaurant he's on point-get the premium package all you can eat and drink totally worth it! The chilaquiles were amazing-had everday for breakfast.The buffet has a different food theme every night which is nice and convenient, plus has a snack menu if you want hamburgers and such.

Side note: I highly recommend watching awesome sunsets at Tekio a few steps away from the hotel, for cool djs, drinks and vibes.

Cons:

Ongoing construction noise, not enough beach/lounge beds for the amount of guests-sadly I never got to use. Some guests would wake up at 7 am just to be able to grab one. Also the bicycles are rusty.

Other than that, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again. Has a great vibe compared to other spots.

Great quality price with the best beach
Pros:

Nice hotel with relaxing vibes. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Wifi can be spotty in the room. Food and drinks are what you expect a top notch hotel to have. Best beach on the island. 15 minute walk to the town center.

Très bon petit déjeuner buffet très varié, chacun y trouve son bonheur entre petit déjeuner plutôt mexicain ou petit déjeuner continental
Plage privée à l'écart du centre donc peu de bruit la nuit
Très belle et grande chambre, salle de douche magnifique.

Beautiful place that is big enough to offer all the facilities, but feels still comfy and familiar. As others have said, breakfast is amazing. Rooms are bright and spacious, beds are new and comfortable, and the beach is just a few steps away.

If I may offer one tiny improvement: marking vegetarian options at the buffet (and there were plenty) would make things a bit easier for vegetarian guests and staff who get asked what's what.

Beautiful location but disappointing experience due to unresolved loss of a sentimental item
Pros:

The location is beautiful with a stunning beach and very nice natural surroundings. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of options. The rooms have some wear but also a certain charm that fits the island atmosphere.

Cons:

Service was inconsistent. Some staff were excellent while others were slow, for example it sometimes took up to an hour to receive drinks from the bar.

The main issue was that a cosmetic bag containing a ring and a sentimental armband disappeared from the room after housekeeping entered, even though cleaning had not been requested. We reported this immediately, and the hotel checked with staff but the item was not found and no clear explanation was provided. This was very disappointing. If the item does turn up later, we would of course be very happy to update this review.
