Beautiful & spacious Hotel! LOVED IT!

Nice place to stay...would have been nice if the breakfast was included

Control del AC y por más que esperamos tampoco enfrío el AC solo hizo ruido.

When our first property fell through, Expedia booked us at Dona Urraca. We were very pleased with this property on many levels: it was very comfortable and clean, and the location was wonderful! There was a park close by, as well as easy walking to Zona Central. Lots of shopping and dining choices nearby and it was very easy to catch an inexpensive Uber right on the corner.

The rooms in this property are nice and look the way they are presented online. However, the surrounding property, ie the pool, dining at the on-site restaurant, etc are not up to par. The worst part is that the people working the front desk have limited or no grasp of English which is unfortunate since there were problems with the room that they could not understand or resolve. They also use some very harsh chemicals for cleaning that make it hard to breathe in the rooms. If you do choose to stay here, I would say to request to stay on the back side of the hotel because the rooms that front the streets, which were the ones we were staying in, are allowed 24 hours a day. It's a major thoroughfare for buses, motorcycles, and people partying and walking home in the wee hours of the morning as well as those who talk and scream as they're going to work in the early hours of the day - at four and 5:00 a.m. So, if you ever want to sleep for even a few hours on your vacation, please ask for a room that is not at the front of the small property!

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, shower not working properly, the A/C pretty old, noisy and took ages to cool down the room. Tables just close to fall apart. Too expensive for such a bad room. The slippers were previously used, not even matching the numbers.

It would be great if management periodically check heating systems and hot water availability in each room . It took several attempts to fix everything in our room. It was no fault of the staff who tried to accommodate as much as they could.

Overall good experience. Just a bit loud since we got a room right next to the street.
It was at walking distance of downtown church .

Bien localizada pero la recámaras con mucha luz externa en la noche y temprano por la mañana una de ellas con algo de olor a drenaje los muebles muy grandes pero no muy cómodos

I wouldn’t consider this a 4-star hotel by any means. Our stay was fine but there are definitely things that need to be worked on. The phone in our room didn’t work; the AC in our room barely worked; the safe in our room stopped working the last two days; our key cards kept failing to work; the internet service was BAD; and the restaurant never seemed to be open.

Excelente! Hicieron de nuestro paseo a San Miguel un momento agradable! El hotel es bello, muy limpio y su personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Gracias. Muy céntrico y nos ayudaron con recomendaciones de taxis.
