Great staff and location, but the property itself falls short
The staff were lovely; friendly, helpful, and they managed to get us two rooms next to each other, which made a real difference travelling as a family. The location is also a strong point: an easy walk to the metro.

Cons:

The property itself was disappointing. There was a persistent unpleasant smell, and air fresheners had been placed throughout the building in what seemed like an attempt to mask it. The rooms are 3-star at best and don’t live up to the listing photos, which make them look considerably better than they are in person. There’s also an abandoned building directly next door, which isn’t apparent from the listing.
Worth knowing before you book — the service is genuinely good, but set your expectations for the rooms accordingly.

El hotel esta bien comunicado, la habitación es amplia y confortable y silenciosa, personal amable

Cons:

el aire acondicionado no termina de enfriar bien la habitación. no tenia nevera, y no vinieron a hacer la cama y limpiar durante los dos dias que me aloje.

Location is near Arc de Trimble

Cons:

First the location is under the bridge so no clear entrance for the hotel second the front desk female employee act like we are beggar not guests I told her I lost my wallet with all card and that’s exactly what happened she refused to help me and she ask her colleague julian to do my case and he was more gentle than her , she also refused to open the park door for me , the room wasn’t clean there were bags I was bitten in my arm and legs ,, there was no fridge in the room and there are no lagging services I will never book or recommend this place to anyone .
