La colazione era varia..internazionale....indipendenti erano molto disponibili....camera vista città...mi hanno fatto upgrade gratuito....per chi deve fare 3/4 giorni va bene...la posizione è buona a 50 metri dalla metro gialla linea principale...

Cons:

Struttura sembra nuova da fuori ma internamente è un po' datata anni 80.....la zona è piena di uffici e di lavoratori in settimana....sabato e domenica si svuota...

How this is a 4 star hotel
Pros:

The hotel is rated on many websites as a 4 Star hotel. The hotel is tied and the rooms are very outdated. The location may be by the Seine and very near to all other f Paris from the metro et al. This should be noted that location does not mean quality and subsequently a medium review from me.

Location is excellent, at La Defense, best office area.

Cons:

Zero service, non courteous staff, higher prices-

1. They don't even provide water at room, it's so basic... You need to fill it from lobby. ( So I had to comedown from 10 floors every time to have sip of drinking water )....Even for that you have to pay 6 euro for buying bottle sold by Novotel. Instead of giving glasses made of glass they put paper cups, it looks such cheap for such costly hotel.
2. In house Restaurant Green is worst, no variety and taste. You have to depend on outside restaurants. It closes food by 10-10.30pm, so if you come late after exploring paris don't expect food here, better eat outside.
3. Hotel staff at reception is non welcoming,you don't get friendly vibes or don't feel like being welcomed, they behave as if I am staying free of cost and they doing a favour by letting me stay....They dint even have to courtesy to check if I ( being a foreign foreign tourist) needed any help in cab bookings or suggest places to visit in paris or assist in giving iternary to plan paris visit. No interest in guest. Or making trip memorable for guest.
I don't want to mention this but I clearly felt, that they were biased against Indians...

4. Nothing is provided in room, no toiletry, no iron, slippers, all items has to be begged for. There is also no clarity on what will be charged and what not... there is no directory in room to give details of services available....like gym, spa etc.
5. Rooms are very small and not well furnished or lit, simply put it does not feel like a 4 star hotel, old property, at most 2-3 star budget hotel. You can get similar or better hotels at 30-50% cheaper price.
6. Complementary breakfast, it's very basic and ok at the most. The place is small for no.of rooms in hotel and gets full quickly, if you come after 7.30 am in morning you will find hard time to get seats...again all 7 days the menu was same, no changes or variety. For vegetarians you will need to eat only bread..

Très très vieillot, clim qui fait énormément de bruit , matelas extrêmement dure, et pas de petit frigidaire comme dans le Novotel de la ville du Havre.
