Un angolo di paradiso ormai un appuntamento fisso ogni anno almeno una notte. Una coccola , piscina colazione top e anche il menù pranzo fresco e vario . Perfetto

Un piacevole weekend
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è davvero strategica per visitare Gardone: si possono raggiungere comodamente a piedi sia il Vittoriale sia il lungolago, senza dover utilizzare l'auto. Dalla camera si gode di una splendida vista sul lago.
Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente l'idromassaggio sul tetto dell'hotel: durante il nostro soggiorno era sempre poco frequentato, regalando un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante, quasi come un piccolo angolo di benessere privato, con una vista mozzafiato sul lago.
Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, e la colazione è varia e di buona qualità.

Cons:

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Come piccolo suggerimento di miglioramento, personalmente avrei preferito una doccia al posto della vasca con il telo di plastica. Inoltre, ho trovato il termostato della camera un po' poco intuitivo, quindi mi è servito un po' di tempo per capire come regolare correttamente l'aria condizionata.

Hotel molto ben tenuto, con un giardino curato e bella piscina. Il personale gentile ed accogliente, disponibile ad andare incontro a necessità e richieste degli ospiti.
Colazione favolosa.

A charming hotel, great pool and an extremely willing staff
Pros:

Even more beautiful than the photos. Not too big, loads of sun beds around the pool and easy parking.

Cons:

The pillows on the beds were a little dated/flat. They could do with updating (new pillows would do so much for a great night’s sleep).

Erittäin asialleen ottautunut henkilökunta, joka sai meidät viihtymään ongelmista huolimatta. Supersuotitus.
Pros:

Saavuimme varsin myöhään. Henkilökunta otti yhteyttä lähiravintolaan, joka piti keittiötä ylimääräisen 30-60min auki, että ennätimme syömään pitkän matkustuspäivän jälkeen. Päästyämme hotelliin ruoan jälkeen suihku rikkoutui, mutta henkilökunta teki ihmeen keskellä yötä ja pääsimme suihkuraikkaina nukkumaan. Olin todella vaikuttunut epäonnisten asioiden hoitamisesta hankalaan aikaan.
