Het vertrekken in de ochtend
Kleine kamer, vies matras, raamkozijn smerig, schimmel badkamer, niet eens een bekertje aanwezig om wat water voor medicijnen te nemen. Geen voetenmatje. Geen waterkokertje, geen föhn.
Geen Nederlandse tv, maar Pools.
Very bad
Zeer slecht hotel. Geen handdoeken, geen nachtkastje en maar 1 punt met stroom.
Vieze vlekken op de plafonds en hele vieze "vochtplekken" op de muur. Vloer plakte aan je voeten en badkamer was ook smoezelig.
Een plek om nooit meer terug te komen.
We hebben ook de 2e nacht niet meer hier geslapen

When we arrived, the room had not been cleaned, but the staff immediately took care of the issue and we received compensation for the inconvenience. The breakfast was abundant, the staff were very helpful, and the atmosphere was cozy. Although the location is not very central, it was no problem at all with a car.
The only thing we didn’t like was that the room was not cleaned when we arrived. However, the staff responded immediately and handled the situation very professionally.

Niets alles viel tegen, vies, dingen kapot en kamer ruikt niet fris.
Gedateerde kamers, ruiken niet fris en alles is oud en vies in de kamer.
Ook van een 1 sterren hotel mag je verwachten dat het wel gewoon schoon is.

De nieuwe vrouwelijke denk manager,zeurde heel veel en voelde me totaal niet welkom of warm ontvangen

Check-in chaotique : L'accueil se fait dans l'hôtel voisin sans aucune explication préalable. On se retrouve bloqué devant une porte fermée à devoir deviner où aller. Cerise sur le gâteau : un employé était assis derrière une baie vitrée à un mètre de la porte, nous regardant galérer sans lever le petit doigt pour nous guider.
Manque d'accessibilité : Aucun ascenseur visible ou indiqué, une vraie galère avec des valises.
Nuisances sonores permanentes : La porte de l'étage claque violemment à chaque passage, y compris en pleine nuit (jusqu'à 4 h du matin).
L'isolation phonique est inexistante : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et dans la rue.
Confort et propreté à revoir : Chambre moyennement propre, literie qui sentait mauvais et chasse d'eau qui fuyait.
Travaux pendant le week-end : Réveillés dès 7 h 40 le samedi par des bruits de marteau et de scie sauteuse, et de nouveau le dimanche par du bruit de chantier. Aucun respect pour le repos des clients
