Разочарована отелем - от Radisson за достаточно большие деньги ожидаешь высокого качества и обслуживания, и самого номера. Но ожидания не оправдались. Заселили в номер на 1 этаже с окнами в какой-то внутренний технический двор (наверно поэтому шторы были изначально закрыты). Кровать сдвинута из двух одиночных, матрас в середине проваливался. На постельном белье и полотенцах были чужие волосы. Халат и полотенца в номере были только на одного, хотя бронировала на двоих - пришлось идти на ресепшен и просить еще комплект. Номер ресепшена нигде не написан. Сантехника очень уставшая - откровенные сколы, плесень, камень. Какао тоже только один положили - ну очень странный подход. Сейф внутри шкафа в незапароленном состоянии бьет дверцу шкафа изнутри, не держится на одном месте. Полотенца затасканные, с торчащими нитками. Вообще не уровень 5 звезд

To be honest it was the most terrible experience in my life
I’ve been first time in Armenia for celebrating my Bday. Staff and management ruined my day. I’ve never seen more unfriendly people
Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück war sehr gut und wenn man ein Problem hatte, wurde einem sehr schnell geholfen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Rooms are reasonably spacious compared to city centre hotels, the restaurant is pricy compared to city restaurants (which is expected), but food is reasonably good.
Zero cleaning. The entire hotel is dated, tired and going into disrepair. Housekeeping is not done until you complain at reception. And even when you do complain they don't bring you towels or bring you dirty ones.
We stayed here for 7 days, and there was not a single day without us having to go and complain to reception.
Hotel staff was uncooperative, unhelpful, patronising, disrespectful and dismissive.
This is far far below any 5* (or even 3*) hotel level, it's especially misleading and dishonest given that the hotel presents itself as a part of the "Blu" premium Raddison brand.
Из плюсов только комфортный бассейн. Останавливались в этом отеле уже много раз, с каждым годом всё хуже сервис, потрепаннее номера, но после этого раза никогда больше не вернемся!!
У отеля провалился уровень сервиса! В номерах не убираются по 3 дня!! На жалобу отвечают - нет уборщицы, ждите.
Это не 5 и не 4 звезды. Уровень 3х.
