Îmsa am avut o experiența neplacuta la spa, doamna de acolo ne-a obligat sa cumparam extra caști pentru pișcina, asta fiind plată extra pentru ca asa cere hotelul, sa nu ne cadă parul în piscina.Dar nu am fost de accord si i-am zis ca voi anunța booking de acest aspect si a renunțat a ne obliga sa le platim.

Bed sheets had some blood drops , king bed consist of two spread bed with gap in the middle , I don’t know why they don’t accept to deliver anything from outside to the room , you have to pick it up by yourself.. towels smells bad .

booked this hotel for 5 nights but checked out one day early because of a very bad experience.
When I arrived, I witnessed an argument at reception between the staff and an elderly couple who had apparently been overcharged. The couple did not speak English or Turkish well, and the staff treated them very poorly instead of helping them resolve the issue. This created a very uncomfortable first impression.
When I checked into my room, I asked about the minibar and was told it was free. However, at checkout the reception asked me to pay for drinks and a few small items. When I explained what I had been told on the first day, the receptionist was very rude and refused to listen. I was not allowed to leave until I paid, and because of the delay I ended up missing my bus.
The room was also very different from the photos online. Everything looked old and worn, and the loud fan made it difficult to sleep. Housekeeping only came when I called and sometimes I had to wait nearly an hour. In four days, the room was never properly vacuumed.
The breakfast quality was also very poor and the food did not seem fresh.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would not recommend this hotel. If you are considering booking, make sure to research carefully and do not rely only on the photos online

Tout tres bien sauf le petit déjeuner
Pros:

Les équipements sont super : salle de bain avec baignoire jaccuzi et douche.
Piscine chauffée et hammam tres chaud aussi.
Bonne qualité des produits douche en chambre.
Chambre confortable et plateau de fruits de bienvenue très appreciable

Cons:

Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur qualitativement : le jus n’est pas frais, les pains sont secs. Les plats chauds pas de qualité
