Το ξενοδοχείο καλύπτει απόλυτα τις ανάγκες διαμονής ενός απαιτητικού τουρίστα. Διαθέτει άνετα δωμάτια, το πρωϊνό είναι αξιοπρεπέστατο, η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού άμεση, με διάθεση και χαμόγελο. Τέλος η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για έναν τουρίστα ώστε να κινηθεί άνετα προς κάθε σημείο ενδιαφέροντος.

The location was very central and easily walkable.
During my stay in April, the hotel had not yet switched to air conditioning, and my room on the 11th floor was extremely hot. Someone even offered me a bucket of ice to cool off, which I found infuriating and unhelpful. After several complaints, they finally offered to move me to a room on the 6th floor that had a window I could open.
The rooms were outdated, and the cleanliness was disappointing.
Our 12-night stay was excellent, and we highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, making it easy to get around. Every area was kept very clean, including the rooms and the impressive wellness facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed using the sauna, swimming pool, hammam, and gym.
The breakfast was very good with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit. We would definitely stay here again.
The only area that needs more attention is the sound isolation. We could clearly hear when someone was using the shower in a neighboring room, which was a bit disruptive. Aside from that, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

يقع الفندق في تقسيم بالقرب من جميع الخدمات ، منطقة نظيفة وهادئة عن الازعاج ، يبعد دقائق بسيطة من جامع تقسيم وشارع الاستقلال ، كما يمكنك المشي سيراً على الأقدام من الأماكن السياحية.
يوجد ازعاج من قبل موظفي التنظيف في الفترة الصباحية ، ويكون صوتهم عالي في المررات المؤدية إلى الغرف ، ينبغي عليهم الحديث بهدوء كون بعض الزوار نائمين وهذا الصوت يكون مزعج، كما يقوم أحد الموظفين في الفترة الصباحية كذلك بضرب الغرف الفندق لأجل توفير علب ماء شرب، من المفترض أن تتم هذه الخدمة عند تنظيف الغرف .

Задержали заселение - заселили позже 14:00, при этом ничего не компенсировав.
В номере грязно - находили следы проживания предыдущих гостей, грязные одноразовые тапочки, фильтр от сигареты, мусор под столом.
Окон нет, невозможно проветрить, духота страшная.
Кондиционер не работал (ни на тепло, ни на холод) - пои этом также никто не предупредил и не извинился.
Жили в полулюксе - нет халатов.
Не работает смартТВ.
Завтрак плохой (нет банальных глазуньи, скрэмбла, омлета; нет каши никакой). Из еды можно выбрать только ассортимент хлеба, оливки и сыр.

temperature in room #1914 (which was given to us) was too high to spent even 5 minutes.
air cooling system not working. NO openable window. NO balcony.
spent one hour ( from 11 pm) in lobby, waiting for technician to close conditioning system totally and make getting air from outdoor. ( information from reception team).
during the day went twice to reption - they said problem will be fixed later, soon and etc.
Also they said that they will be able to provide another room tomorrow if any available.
but no solution and option how to spend and sleep tonight.
it was really impossible to spend in room few minutes i was afraid nothing to happen if we sleep in this room that night.
i even asked to come to the room but reception staff said they know that its too hot there and there is no openable window.
it was already 00.45 am 24 Apr and we are sitting in lobby and waiting for i dont know what.
Finally a guest came , checked in and in 15 minutes came back and cancelled his stay.
reception staff gave us new room and we entered about 1am.
