Would recommend!
Pros:

Cute room, seems newly renovated. Very clean and tidy. Great location in a cute part of the old town with vintage stores on the street and walking distance to lots of food and shops. Close to the port for ferry trips.

Habitación y baño limpios impecables. El personal atento y amable. La ubicación es muy buena al estar en el centro historico, cerca de todo.

Cons:

El ingreso al hotel no está muy bien señalizado, todo grafiteado y pasas de largo porque no crees que puede ser el ingreso a un hotel. Te genera un poco de incomodad y parece inseguro pero no es así.

Isla con encanto y personal excepcional, comida diga de restaurante de lujo.

El personal amable, servicial, proactivo, una maravilla. La recepcionista nos dio los mejores consejos y recomendaciones, los camareros en el restaurante super atentos y ágiles. Una estancia maravillosa. Cogimos media pensión y todas las cenas nos sorprendieron por la altísima calidad de la comida, sin procesados y todo casero y sabroso.

The Location is Not really Safe, i dont know why everyone Out of the building knows the door Code... Anyway dont use the lift because i got Stuck since the Electricity went Out and the lift is so small i was so scared the other in the flat helped but the Person at the Hotel could Not Care less. The Hotel IS in a creapy building you cant say it IS a Hotel. I was there 2 days and the worse was that the man at the Hotel really could Not Care less that u got Stuck in the lift and the Internet was Not working. I would Not Go there with Kids especially! The room IS also so small Like a Box.

Hotel nella zona pedonale in spaccanapoli molto comodo per gli spostamenti. Vicinissimo alla metro e al porto

Cons:

Siamo arrivati e non funzionava l aria condizionata, considerando le temperature molto importanti. La ragazza molto gentile ci ha cambiato stanza. La wifi non funziona per un guasto. Mai ripristinata. Dello staff cosa dire, due receptionist molto carini e gentili, il terzo poco collaborativo e scorbutico
