Pros:

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο στην Νάπολη μέσα στα σοκάκια δηλαδή σε 1 λεπτό είσαι εκεί… επειδή αλλάξαμε δωμάτιο το πρώτο δωμάτιο ήταν ωραίο ανακαινισμένο ανακαινισμένο και όμορφο το μόνο πρόβλημα που είχε δε λειτουργούσε το ερκοντίσιον και είχε πολλή ζέστη… και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό

Επειδή όπως είπα πιο πάνω αλλάξαμε δωμάτιο την πρώτη μέρα γιατί δε λειτουργούσε το ερκοντίσιον πήγαμε σ’ ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο το οποίο ήταν πιο μεγάλο δεν ήταν όμως ανακαινισμένο κι εκεί είχαμε πρόβλημα με το τηλεχειριστήριο απ’ το ερκοντίσιον δεν έκλεινε το ερκοντίσιον αλλά την επόμενη μέρα μας έδωσαν άλλο τηλεχειριστήριο….. επίσης ο δεύτερο δωμάτιο που πήγαμε βούλωνε η βρύση και από την ντουζιέρα και από το νιπτήρα…. Σχετικά ήταν καλή διαμονή για το κέντρο που ήταν επιπλέον ένα αρνητικό η είσοδος στο ξενοδοχείο φαίνεται λίγο περίεργη με την πρώτη ματιά δεν είναι όπως τα συνηθισμένα ξενοδοχεία….. και κάτι βασικό με αυτή τη ζέστη που έχει στην Νάπολη θα έπρεπε οπωσδήποτε να υπάρχει ένα μικρό ψυγειάκι στα δωμάτια ώστε να διατηρεί ζεστά τα νεράκια ή οτιδήποτε τρόφιμα έχεις αγοράσει αυτό ήταν μεγάλο αρνητικό για μένα ό,τι νερό σε μισή ώρα γινότανε ζεστό

The hotel request damage deposit, but all the facilities are already damaged
Pros:

After paying for the booking I received a message from the hotel that I have to pay a damage deposit in the amount of 80 €. The hotel facilities are old and used lots of times. For me the request for the deposit is more than crazy. I was a solid young woman saying for one night (less than 12 hours).

Cons:

The drains in the shower and sink were clogged and the water quickly filled up. The hair dryer was very old and dirty, looked like it was found on a garbage dump.

Staff is what made it great. Location is great too and it was clean. Very noisy and not comfy bed.
Pros:

The staff during the day was very helpful and professional. A1 quality and that’s the only reason why I’m giving it a 3 stars in summary. Staff at night was not impressive.

Cons:

AC wasn’t working. We asked for help and the staff reset the breaker. We had to reset it again 2 times during the night. Couldn’t open windows as it was way too noisy.
The bed isn’t comfy at all and there’s no soundproof between the rooms. We heard the people next door partying at 1:30 am and it woke us up. Get ready to hear digs barking as well.

Excellent séjour !
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal proche du port, du métro et du centre historique.
Il s'agit de petit appartement avec cuisine c'est vraiment excellent.
Personnel très gentil et donne beaucoup d'information utile.

Inaspettatamente assai accogliente
Pros:

Le camere e la struttura semplice ma molto curata. Arredamento originale ma non falsamente pretenzioso. Il personale cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Si trova al 4 piano, ma ha comunque ascensore. Si arriva in un androne che alla sera è popolato da varia umanità.

Très bon emplacement, personnel très sympathique, chambre rénovée et confortable

Cons:

Problème d'isolation de la chambre, nous entendions les voisins (qui étaient très bruyants). En arrivant nous avons constaté que la chambre était très sale (cela était expliqué par les travaux en cours dans le bâtiment)
