Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es Lucrecia.Su amabilidad y disposición en todo momento hace más fácil todo.
La situación céntrica es otro punto positivo.

Cons:

Los accesos al hotel y que se encuentre en una cuarta planta con un ascensor muy pequeño.
Se agradecería un espejo en la habitación.

It was conveniently located within walking distance to shops, eateries, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was hot weather but our room was comfortable.

Proximité des sites et tranquillité de l'hôtel. Un séjour réussi.
Pros:

Bon emplacement. Hôtel silencieux. Emplacement dans la zone Naples historique a proximité des sites a visiter. Dommage qu' il n y ait pas la place pour un petit déjeuner mais c est l occasion de le prendre dans les environs. Et une machine a dosettes de café est disponible à l'étage. L'amabilité du personnel qui nous a réservé notre taxi retour pour l'aéroport.

Cons:

L entrée avant l accès au portail de l Hôtel qui est taguée. La taille réduite de l ascenseur.

Pros:

La ubicación excelente, en el mismo centro histórico de Nápoles y muy cerca de una parada de metro, la habitación no muy grande pero limpia y muy confortable, tenía aire acondicionado y una nevera, y un office en una zona del hall con café, por fuera no se aprecia lo bueno que es, pues la calle en la que se ubica está un poco destartalada y llena de grafitis, aunque tiene un gran encanto.

Cons:

Pedimos dos camas individuales y eran un poco pequeñas, pero muy bien.

Posizione eccellente in pieno centro storico di Napoli, vicino alla metro Università, staff gentilissimo, camera accogliente con terrazzino e bagno privato, asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno.

L'hotel està en sintonia amb la ciutat i el barri històric. L'edidici és vell però l'habitació bé.
Pros:

Habitació molt confortable, cada dia feien la neteja i canvi de tovalloles. El personal de l'hotel molt amable. Qualitat-preu correcte. Té l'encant de Nàpols. Ubicació exeĺ.lent.m
Zona segura.

Cons:

A les nits, a partir de les 23.00, no hi ha personal a l'hotel i en cas d'haver un problema no tens a qui dirigir-te. Està a la 4a planta i l'ascensor és molt petit. L'entrada tira una mica enrere, però després t'hi acostumes i veus que és com el mateix centre històric.
