Molto da dire sull’efficienza degli addetti alle pulizie delle camere in merito alla gestione dei particolari (carta igienica acqua nel frigobar sostituzione biancheria). Antipatica la richiesta di spostare l’auto perché parcheggiata in uno spazio riservato alla proprietà ma assolutamente non segnalato. Molto cordiali e cortesi gli addetti alla reception con comportamenti caratterizzati da notevole signorilità
The grounds are nice, especially in summer.
the suites are on two levels, and compact. The main bed on the upper level lacks ventilation plus the bathroom (which had a door that badly lacked maintenance) is inconveniently positioned opposite the entrance .. The smell in the common areas was unbearable to the extent that we have to leave in the middle of our stay and find an alternative accommodation. The breakfast was very very basic, however we were offered a better breakfast should we have stayed the following day. The receptionist on our arrival was quite hostile and lacked hospitality skills, while the receptionist on duty the following day offered us to change rooms but the issue was not just the room. In all fairness the Hotel offered an apology and promised to refund the night we have not availed of.
I travel all over europe from uk , france , switzerland , germany , italy , sicily every month and this is one of the most i like hotels i like , clean , nice and best staff helpfull and wonderfull good food. 100% recomended

That you had to decide what to have for breakfast from the day before.
It's quite modern and nice surrounding.
Room and public area are spotless. We stayed a triple room there is a big bed on mezzanine floor
Staff is quite helpful and friendly
One restaurant inside the hotel is getting a michelin guide for steak but unfortunately we have no time to try. May be next time.
Nothing is complaining about
Location. Ragusa suburb.
Nothing in particular.
- Location was good, but a little bit in the middle of nowhere.
- The grounds were beautiful.
- A well functioning AC and spacious room.
- Breakfast was extremely disappointing - pastries were dry, cereals were left uncovered from the night before, a fly was found in the milk, drink jars looked like they had been there forever.
- The decking around the pool was relatively rusty and broken, and so were the sunbeds (most were broken).
- Pool bar was NEVER open.
- Found a stain on the sheets on arrival (were immediately changed when asked, however).
- Extremely noisy corridor - the walls are so thin that you can hear everything coming from the reception/breakfast room, doors closing, etc. which woke us up in the morning.
- The hotel needs a serious upgrade - furniture is old, bathrooms need a change (especially the shower tray and sink).
Great staff. Comfortable, clean room. The restaurant next door was brilliant.
No room kettle.
The grounds were unattended with large weeds growing throughout the gardens and footpaths. There were a group of dogs on the grounds thst barked throught the day and night.
