The manager, Steve, was friendly and helpful. There was a mistake with the charges for our rooms and I received a credit adjustment in a few days after checking out.
The AC unit in our room was either running continuously or completely off. It would not cycle on and off to maintain a comfortable temperature.
Good breakfast selection
We had the suite which had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also a living area, full kitchen and dining table. It was perfect for our family. Grandsons enjoyed the pool after exploring each day. The hotel was in a perfect location for all the places we visited. Breakfast was your typical hotel free breakfast but was enough to start the day. Would highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.
Location was great.
Room alittle dated. When the curtain was closed at night the AC fan blew it straight out. We had to put a towel on the curtain to keep down. It would have been nice to have info about the bus system in Manitou Springs.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
It is a very nice, conveniently located hotel. The room was spacious and daily housekeeping service is provided. We walked to the free shuttle for the Pike’s Peak cog railway and the hotel is also convenient for Garden of the Gods and the Manitou cliff dwellings.
Breakfast food and staff were wonderful and they opened promptly at 6:30 am and stayed opened and stocked until 9:30 am. Also, the lobby space was a great place for our extended family to hang out. All the staff, including Steve the manager, were professional and friendly.
Clean and newer hotel. Close to activities, Garden of the Gods, decent breakfast.
