Clean great choice
Pros:

The room was very clean the staff were nice we would stay here again. The room had a great view of pikes peak and the manitou incline. Its in the perfect area for many local attractions

Very nice stay - right around the corner from Garden of the Gods.
Pros:

Mountain View! Clean room - comfy beds and pillows. Well designed property without a bunch of doors slamming shut all the time. Decent breakfast. Nice, helpful staff.

We accidently left some personal items in our room and were able to get them back a day later. We were very grateful.

Cons:

No complaints about the property.

My beef is the fact that there is no free parking ANYWHERE near downtown Manitou Springs. It’s so sad - we’ve been there twice now and still have been unable to enjoy browsing the shops.

Overall, We were happy with our stay here.
Pros:

Place was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good w options to accommodate my kids too.

Cons:

Property is close to a couple bars and there was some commotion outside for a while. Back side rooms of the hotel are probably quieter. No fault of the hotel itself though.

Nice and convenient to the Free shuttle bus to manitou springs.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The location is a few blocks away from the bus stop. We walked to the bus stop and rode the bus to the incline in manitou base camp. Also Walk around the manitou springs shop. Shuttle bus is free.

Cons:

Can not think of nothing really. Every thing was good.
