Liked it all, very pleased.
Pros:

Nice variety at continental breakfast. All the room and pool towels were fluffy and white, mmmmm. Very comfortable room size. Pool and hot tub had all the necessities. Price was reasonable.

Great staff, clean facilities, tasty breakfast and amazing location!

The location was amazing, staff was great, hotel and facilities were very clean, and breakfast had a great variety!

Cons:

Our bathroom door handle was broke, tv only worked part of the time, and a person two doors down partied most of the night. They were smoking marijuana in their room and stunk the whole hall. Had to put a towel by door to keep it from coming under.

Great family stay.
Pros:

We’ve stayed at the hotel a few times; it’s our go to in Manitou. The staff is always nice, the rooms are good for what we need and the breakfast is a good spread. The only thing is the pool is always icy cold. But at least there is a hot tub!

Cold pool.

Pros:

Smell good and clean. Location is strategic

Cons:

The first staff who registered us just pass the paper without explaining what to do with it. I’ve been waiting until I asked her, can I have my keys now? Where is the room? She was actually waiting for my signature and I’m not aware because we’ve been looking at each other with dead air.

Couldn't be happier, especially for the price!
Pros:

Property and facilities were nice and clean. Hotel is quite well kept. The location is great, very quiet. There is a lot to do nearby. Pikes Peak, North Pole - Santa's Workshop, The Mqnitou Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the winds, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo... great place to bring the family for a vacation.
