It was not a good stay!!
Cons:

We arrived at check-in and was told our room was not ready yet it was still being cleaned. I’m ok the that !! The clerk at the front said she would call us when the room is ready. An hour later we get back because we haven’t got a call in for them to tell us the room is ready we get to the room we had our dogs with us. One of them pee’d of the pad a little bit, so I went to clean it up when I wiped up the floor the picture below with the rag looked like!!! if the room is supposedly just done getting cleaned then how was the washcloth that black?!? We had only been in the room 5 minutes

Cons:

Floors were sticky. Upon checking in, human hair was discovered on the towels. Secondary safety lock was broken. There were bed bugs. Room stunk very badly. Smelled like really bad mold coming from A/C. Room was clearly not cleaned.

Cons:

This is a smoke free facility and for some reason the staff couldn't do much about the Marijuana smell coming from the room across from us. So I had to deal with constant headaches.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Clean and convenient location

Cons:

Staff was not exceptionally friendly. Hot tub spa was out of service. We stayed 5 days. The excuse was we are waiting on parts. Breakfast was not awesome. Juice machine was broken. Won’t be staying again.
