So far not southern hospitality substandard not clean , biohazard

Mouse feces in room ‘haute virus’ biohazard black mold throughout shower elevator out of order I have handicap issues and was placed on 2nd floor I m recovering from knee replacement and third spinal fusion , I cannot walk length of building with luggage up 2flights of stairs at 69 yrs old, with my disability, the staff came into room took the tip and did nothing,didn’t make bed, change towels &didnt leave coffee or clean up the rodent infestation feces

Cons:

Our room key kept getting wiped and we would have to go to the front desk and get it reset. We also spotted a roach in the stairwell. The breakfast was supposed to go until 10am but they were already putting things away at 9:15 so we didn't get to eat!

Cons:

Only Elevator was not working in a three story hotel when arrived and was not fixed by the time I left 5 days later. Had recent hip surgery and they had no first floor rooms available

Estuvo bien, pero pudo ser mejor.
Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien, y casi todo el personal fue amable.

Cons:

La higiene podría ser más cuidadosa, ya que las paredes se ven sucias y faltan de pintura en algunas áreas. El desayuno careció de variedad, pero la encargada de esa área fue amable y servicial. El área de piscina se ve descuidada y el ascensor estuvo fuera de servicio. La televisión no cuenta con servicio inteligente para poder ver YouTube u alguna plataforma en donde se pudiera elegir qué ver en la tele, no solo lo que ofreció el cable.

Pros:

Comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathroom, soft fluffy towels , breakfast was good although I think another warner and having biscuits and potato options each day would be nice, not one or the other, poop area was nice , friendly staff , lemon water in lobby all day

Cons:

Hot tub was down and the elevator was down the 2nd day and when we left as well, small tv, need darker curtains

Dreckig und laute Klima-Anlage... never ever.

Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Grösse und das Hotel war gut gelegen.

Cons:

Nachdem wir das Zimmer betreten haben, waren wir schockiert über den Dreck. Im Bad knirschte der Sand überall und am Boden lagen Früstücksflocken umher. Nach der Beschwerde diesbezüglich hatte das Personal immer getuschelt wenn wir vorbeigelaufen sind beim Empfang, ein no-go.

Der Frühstückbereich war zum Teil bis 15 Uhr schmutzig und es lag noch alles rum von Frühstück, es war erschreckend.

Schlimm war auch dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte und somit die Klimaanlage brauchte, welche viel zu laut war.

Was wir bei JEDEM La Quinta leider bemängeln müssen: Diese Müllberge von Plastikgeschirr. Nur Plastikgeschirr zum Frühstück. Man kann weder Bagel schneiden noch Butter darauf schmieren mit diesen Messern. Es ist der Wahnsinn, wieviel Geld diese Hotelkette sparen könnte mit richtigen Messern und Tellern, Bechern und Tassen. Ein Geschirrspüler kostet nicht viel und die Natur würde danke sagen.
