Service bad, receptionist not very nice. Took over 30 minutes to get checked in. He didn't even say thank you or inform me about breakfast, WIFI, ect. The AC didn't work, and I called several times with no answer, and they finally turned on an answering machine (which I left a message) they I called on my cell phone and same thing never answered> I'm still waiting for response.
Good location, clean and reasonable. Breakfast was not very good though. Will stay again when we go that way.
Charged on my business credit card 4 separate times and the front desk staff could not tell me what the charges were for. Stated I must call the 1800 number. My technicians drove hours to get on location, and we've never had an issue like this before. We paid online, directly through the hotel and it doesn't state that additional charges will be applied. They could not provide a receipt the morning my technicians checked out. They stayed 1 night. As for the overall Hotel, there's better options. We will not be staying here again, and our sister companies will be advised as well.

The breakfast was okay but I wondered if it was even safe to eat as the entire hotel was not very clean.
The carpet was wet all through the room. The bed was broke. The wooden rectangle piece with the bedside lights was barely holding on the wall. There was a cockroach. The tiles were coming up and easily tripped over. The water in Cooke county is terrible which is used for coffee and orange juice. The sheets were the only thing that felt clean but then I was itchy. The ceiling looked like it was falling apart.

It was kinda rundown, the commode didn’t work and it was after 10 by the time we checked in and the front desk kinda snapped at us for waiting to tell them.

Everything. Pool and hot tub was dirty no clean towels in the pool area. Rooms had a smell and someone found a cockroach in their bed. None of the outlets worked TV were busted in multiple rooms.
The front desk staff, housekeepers, and manager were all incredibly kind and welcoming. When we arrived to check in, we were greeted by two very friendly gentlemen who made us feel right at home. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the rooms were incredible. This is the first hotel in the area I’ve stayed at that offers such a generous and high-quality breakfast. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to others.
If you are a female, do not stay here. I felt very unsafe from the moment I pulled in the parking lot. The building is ran down on the outside and inside. I would've thought it would've been nicer since it cost me $250 for one night.
This hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The hot tub smelt like algae and was green. Most of the doors squeaked. Lots of rust on the metal door frames, even in the rooms.

Exterior looked better than the interior. Just a little worn, otherwise a comfortable stay. Not sure it met expectations though.
