Poor customer service .. injury caused by nail in hotel floor .. stains on linen urine like in appearance … toilet didn’t not flush bought a plunger… refrigerator did not work lost food…ceiling in lobby caving in…room not cleaned or restocked at check in

Wires hanging where smoke detectors should be!!! Holes in the wall with paper stuffed in them. Did not seep safe and was denied refund. Save your time and money and stay down the road

I don’t care to arrive at a hotel and be asked to pay an incidental (security) deposit. The clerk wanted to charge an additional $100 to my card and when I refused she wanted cash and said $50 or $60 will do. I said security deposit because the next morning I didn’t get my cash deposit back until the clerk went to my room to inspect it.
Also, I don’t care to arrive at a hotel and gave to wait 15 minutes on the desk clerk to show up.

The beds were very comfortable. The entire hotel smelled very fresh and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

This is a good clean hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were plentiful and fluffy the way I like.

Service bad, receptionist not very nice. Took over 30 minutes to get checked in. He didn't even say thank you or inform me about breakfast, WIFI, ect. The AC didn't work, and I called several times with no answer, and they finally turned on an answering machine (which I left a message) they I called on my cell phone and same thing never answered> I'm still waiting for response.

Good location, clean and reasonable. Breakfast was not very good though. Will stay again when we go that way.

Charged on my business credit card 4 separate times and the front desk staff could not tell me what the charges were for. Stated I must call the 1800 number. My technicians drove hours to get on location, and we've never had an issue like this before. We paid online, directly through the hotel and it doesn't state that additional charges will be applied. They could not provide a receipt the morning my technicians checked out. They stayed 1 night. As for the overall Hotel, there's better options. We will not be staying here again, and our sister companies will be advised as well.

The breakfast was okay but I wondered if it was even safe to eat as the entire hotel was not very clean.

Nothing they called and said they were out of rooms and still proceeded to try and collect the room fee thank God my CC was locked..

The front desk staff, housekeepers, and manager were all incredibly kind and welcoming. When we arrived to check in, we were greeted by two very friendly gentlemen who made us feel right at home. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the rooms were incredible. This is the first hotel in the area I’ve stayed at that offers such a generous and high-quality breakfast. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to others.

If you are a female, do not stay here. I felt very unsafe from the moment I pulled in the parking lot. The building is ran down on the outside and inside. I would've thought it would've been nicer since it cost me $250 for one night.

This hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The hot tub smelt like algae and was green. Most of the doors squeaked. Lots of rust on the metal door frames, even in the rooms.
