The main pool being cold, but that had nothing to do with the hotel itself. Just the weather :')

Ogólnie Hotel bez zarzutu wspaniale na 5+ jedzenie pokój i łazienka duży nowocześnie urządzony personel bardzo uczynny bardzo wysoka jakość usług cieszę sie że wybałem ten hotel i powiem.że chciałbym do jeszcze wrócić do niego Gorąco polecam a gwarantuje że nie będziecie żałować!
The staff were very lovely especially house keeping, very accommodating. The restaurant were very attentive during service even the chefs. The cats were also a lovely touch to the resort.
The outdoor pool was quite cold, would have been nice to be warmer but understandable with the season. Could do with a better towel system. Alcoholic cocktails could be a bit more stronger. Paid facilities were quite expensive compared to local activities such as Turkish bath and spa’s.
Everything :) Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel in general is very clean. Also it is just near to the beach. The food was amazing. Breakfast, lunch, dinner... there is always plenty of foods and high variety of option. The bar and the snacks area are great as well. There is also a very good and clean fitness area.
Scope of the spa. Hamam requires reservation. Many things are not included in the standard room reservation, including the rest area (only available for the guests who had the message service). Also the indoor pool closes at 6 pm, which is a little bit early.
Чистые и комфортные номера. Приятный персонал. На территории отеля очень красиво: пальмы, цветы, газоны. Спортивные площадки. Вкусная кухня, на любой вкус.
Приемлемый номер с видом на море. Отличное питание, всегда было что выбрать. Отличное место для пеших прогулок и на велосипедах. Понравился баллийский массаж в четыре руки в спа.
Несколько раз под дверью номера обнаруживались неизвестные вещи (полотенца, ласты, битое стекло, грязные тарелки)
В туалетных принадлежностях не было одноразовых бритв, пришлось докупать в магазине. Не всегда персонал на ресепшене и в ресторане говорил на русском языке, хотя в карте отеля указано про русскоговорящий персонал.
