TUI BLUE Grand Azur

We visited in June and July 2025 and again for 10 days from 29th May 2026 (room 126). We will be back again in September.
The staff yet again were excellent including the reception team, always helpful and always smiling.
The hotel is very nice and a great location. We particularly love the jetty sunbeds.
The food is excellent with such a wide variety, very traditional Turkish/Mediterranean and delicious.
It was a bit disappointing that this year there is a per night fee to choose your own room, totalling €200, as opposed to a one off €50 fee in 2025.

My name is Irina, and my friend and I stayed in room 359. The service was excellent, and the food was varied and quite tasty. The only problem is that none of the staff speaks Russian, except for one employee who speaks Russian well – Engin, who works at the reception. He helps with all sorts of complex issues. He is the best Guy..

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Vacanza indimenticabile!

Ho trascorso 5 giorni meravigliosi al Resort TUI Blue e posso dire senza esitazione che è stata un’esperienza oltre ogni aspettativa.

Il vero punto di forza del resort è senza dubbio il personale: sempre sorridente, professionale, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti come a casa. Ogni membro dello staff lavora con passione e riesce a trasmettere un’atmosfera di cordialità e relax che rende il soggiorno davvero speciale.

Il cibo è stato eccellente: una grandissima varietà di piatti preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Ogni giorno era possibile scegliere tra cucina internazionale e specialità locali, tutte curate nei minimi dettagli. Colazioni abbondanti, pranzi e cene ricchi di sapori, senza dimenticare i dolci, semplicemente deliziosi!

Un altro aspetto che ci ha conquistati è stato il ricco programma di attività giornaliere. Dalle attività sportive ai giochi in piscina, passando per momenti di fitness, relax e intrattenimento, c’era sempre qualcosa di coinvolgente da fare, grazie a uno staff di animazione energico, simpatico e mai invadente.

Le serate sono state altrettanto fantastiche: ogni sera uno spettacolo diverso, con musica dal vivo, show di grande qualità, serate a tema e tanta allegria. Un intrattenimento curato e coinvolgente, perfetto per concludere al meglio ogni giornata.

Un resort impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista: pulizia, organizzazione, qualità dei servizi e attenzione agli ospiti. È il luogo ideale per chi desidera una vacanza all’insegna del relax, del divertimento e della buona cucina.

Grazie a tutto il team per aver reso questi cinque giorni così speciali. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere una vacanza da cinque stelle! Complimenti a tutti! 🌟🇹🇷

We where to go to another hotel in Marmaris but we changed it to go to Grand Azur .This is the best decision we have made .We arrived at hotel for our 3 week holiday and on 1st impressions Hotel looked great our room was 5th floor overlooking hotel next door which we enjoyed. Firstly can say all the staff where very helpful from the Receptionists Food was excellent a great choice for everyone .The entertainment was the best we have had on holiday ever and that’s saying something The restaurant was spotlessly clean staff brilliant we also used The grill again service was great .The bars where well stocked staff very attentive. We also used beach bar which was a very relaxing place to sit with great views across the bay . The grounds where well looked after and immaculate There was a very big pool but we only used the sun beds in the garden area which was very relaxing and quiet and numerous sun beds where readily available The 2 reps we spoke to was Maxine and Mohammed what a friendly pair always willing to help and full of information.I don’t think we saw any of staff in hotel not smiling also our cleaner was great and so hard working . We had a holiday booked to go to another Tui Blue in a other country but as soon as we came back from holiday we cancelled this holiday and rebooked Grand Azur for 3 weeks in September which we are looking forward to as Hotel and all staff made this great holiday and we have. Never stayed in a hotel around the world twice .

My husband and I stayed here with friends. 2nd time at this hotel, enjoyed it so much last year we cancelled a holiday to return here this year. The hotel has beautiful views and is well laid out so good for those with mobility issues. Food is very good, not usually a fan of all inclusive but we never ate outside of the hotel once, very good quality and a huge variety of food to choose from. Big shout out to Bayram who served us most days, we had many laughs with him and he is a credit to the hotel, always had a smile on his face.
Pool bar is also very good, food cooked fresh, you choose from a menu, not self serve so more hygenic in my opinion. The lads there work very hard to make sure food is served quickly, great job! There is also a omelette station next to the beach towel hut, lady is lovely and makes fresh pancakes, they are lush.
We had partial sea view overlooking the restaurant and ampitheatre, views were fabulous, rooms nice and clean and bottled water put in room daily. Free safe in the room which is great that they do not charge for this. No issues with noise as entertainment stops around 11, you can then go inside to the bar area. Indoor pool as well as outdoor. The turkish bath in the hotel is far better than one we tried through the Tui rep. Well worth it, 90 mins of pampering, we actually did this twice during our stay. Balil is the guy to see for all your spa deals, a genuinely nice lad who always. I cannot name them all but all of the staff here are friendly and polite.The view from the private beach is gorgeous, there is also a beach bar. In my opinion this hotel does it's best to cater for it's guests. Enjoyed it so much I am going again in September

The facilities are excellent, food was the best all inclusive food I have ever had and the staff are outstanding. Waiting staff in restaurant are very attentive and special shout out to Enes who was by far the best waiter we’ve had in an all inclusive resort. Enes was always smiling and very polite and efficient. Bar waiting staff were all very good particularly the 2 girls that were on shift most evenings but sorry have forgotten their names. Also a special shout out to Murat in the restaurant on the grill most evenings who was very friendly and helpful and advised what went well with what meat they were serving. Nothing was too much!
Location was at the quiet end which is what we wanted but enjoyed walking into the marina a few times in the day and night.

Spaces, clean, relaxing, real nice

Absolutey wonderful experience in all aspects.
The hotel is mesmerizing, alot of attention to details, the beach is clean and beautiful, the pool is great, the rooms is spacious and comfortable and the food was crazy good.

The staff were also very welcoming and helpful all the time. Im coming back here for sure whenever im in Marmaris, best hotel i've been to so far.

Visited for the second time, and it was incredible once again. Everything was perfect, from the activities and entertainment to the food and exceptional service. A huge thank you to Mustafa and the entire entertainment team for going above and beyond to make our holiday even more special. Their energy, enthusiasm, and dedication truly made a difference, and we can’t wait to return.

We had a good relaxing holiday and it was very good value. We like the Tui Blue brand and have not been disappointed with any of the hotels or locations. The transfer took 2 hours on the Tui minibus which was uncomfortable plus a wait at the airport so I would recommend a private transfer.
The Grand Azur sits between Marmaris and Iclemer in a beautiful bay. There is a pedestrian promenade immediately between the hotel and beach and if you are feeling energetic then you can walk to both Marmaris centre and Iclemer. Buses are available and regular for the return journey if you need them! The views and food from the wonderful al la Carte restaurant are amazing. The food in the main buffet was also of very good quality and a wide variety to suit everybody's tastes. The restaurant has an outside and air conditioned inside areas and there were no nuisance birds which is good.
Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable, Just a point in the wardrobe however that the dress hanging height is only 1.1M and so dresses couldn't hang properly.
The hotel and grounds are kept very clean and well maintained.
Plenty of staff in all the areas who all work hard and are a credit to the hotel; all were friendly and helpful.
The beach is mostly sandy and the beach bar serves a good variety of drinks all day and in the evening. The beach is not completely private as the locals can use it - although not the sunbeds or facilities. The sunbeds and parasols are much better around the pool ( top standard) but some beach beds and umbrellas need replacing. The beach parasols are too small for 2 people to get enough shade so would be good for these to be upgraded. There is a jetty where you can use the sunbeds and daybeds at extra cost. However, we found the adjacent water sports centre a bit noisy at times. The sea was lovely and warm and calm during our stay. Good idea to bring beach shoes as the tideline area and shallow water is shingly. The water is shallow for a few metres but shelves quite steeply and deep afterwards.
Service in the restaurants and bars was very good. Cocktail menu was very limited however and no branded drinks available without extra cost. A few additions to the drinks menu would be better.
Just a few other minor points which the hotel could fix easily.
The soap and moisturiser dispensers in the bathroom only provide a minute amount so unless you want to push 20+ times for each then brig your own!
The restaurant tables are mainly set for 4 people but the majority of guests are couples. More tables for 2 people would help the congestion at peak times.
The sitting area used for the evening entertainment and chilling in the daytime with cold drinks is lovely. However, some people leave the beach or pool and sit on the cushions in swimwear only. Not the hotels fault that some people have no manners but the hotel should ensure people cover up and be respectful.
Overall though a great holiday and if you want a good value stay in a beautiful setting and don't mind the long transfer then the Tui Blue Grand Azur is a good choice.
