The staff were very friendly and helpful highly recommend the Turkish bath me and my daughter really enjoyed the experience 😊 and the food was superb loads of choice and the bed was very comfortable probably the best bed ever
The smart TV in the room wasn’t connected to the internet/wifi apparently you had to ask reception for them to turn it on and it could take 24hrs but due to our stay was short we didn’t bother

Arrived at hotel on the 30th march 2026 first day of opening and was greeted by lovely staff. From day one the staff throughout were excellent and nothing was to much bother and did everything possible to make our stay a wonderful experience. Food was outstanding and the entertainment was great every night. This was our first visit and meet a lot of nice people who were regulars to the hotel,we will also return . Thank you to all at Grand azur hotel 👍
Amazing time, staff have been amazing especially with getting everything ready for the season, yes few minor delays due to extreme storm last week but entertainment started last night with an amazing band new seating areas looked great.
Shout out to the cleaners, entertainment staff have all been great and maxine and gm Sharon are avalible for any needs you have.
This hotel was recommended to us by friends and it didn't disappoint. Hotel staff was always friendly and on the point ready to help. The food was simply amazing with slightly different choice every day. There's fully equipped gym and indoor swimming pool for those less sunny days. Special thank to entertainment team who provided us with countless hours of fun.

Was lucky enough to arrive at this hotel on the opening day of 2026. The hotel itself is lovely and clean with fantastic facilities for people of all ages.
Big shout out to all of the entertainment team especially the men doing the darts also to the lady doing the fitness classes who was really good and helpful.
The nighttime entertainment was also really good with live singers and bands.
Big shout out to all the chefs the food was fantastic normally we get bored of the all inclusive and eat out several times but we didn’t in this hotel there was always a wide selection of freshly cooked food and cakes.
The waiters and waitresses in all the restaurants were very good to always asking if you needed a drink or helping us as a family of five find a table.
Cleaners and lifeguards again fantastic everywhere was always lovely and clean.
The whole team is fantastic and you can tell the hotel manager Sharon has a great relationship with them all.
I can see why people come back many times to this hotel my only complaint was the weather but even during this the staff worked extra hard to make sure we still had a fantastic experience and there was always something for everyone to do.

The hotel has everything you require. Food is delicious, staff are extremely attentive and facilities are impeccable. We are returning next month which will be our third visit to the Azur, having also stayed at the Sensimar twice which was run by the same management team where the same amazing standards were upheld. I would like the thank the manager and her team for always making our holidays so special.
Came back here after being impressed with my first visit, I feel this hotel isn’t what it used to be. The staff were really friendly and helpful still. But the standard of food and general cleanliness has fallen significantly

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel is gorgeously decorated and absolutely spotless. The food is amazing, I love seafood and wanted to experience lots of Turkish food which I was able to at this hotel. The drinks are really good too, with lots of variety. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond. The hotel’s beach and beach bar is lovely, I just wish they did cocktails at the beach bar. This hotel is a sanctuary from Marmaris town which is rather commercialised.
