Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived until we left. We had already stayed at this hotel in June last year, and because we enjoyed our experience so much, we decided to come back this year for a 10-day stay.

A special thank you goes to the restaurant team. The restaurant manager and the staff, especially Mehmet, Arda, Süheyla-Sultan, and Enes, were truly outstanding. They always created a wonderful atmosphere, were incredibly friendly and attentive, and fulfilled every request with the greatest care and professionalism. They made every meal a pleasure and played a big part in making our holiday so enjoyable.

We would also like to thank Sevilay at the beach bar. She was already working here during our stay last year, and once again she was amazing. Her kindness, warm personality, and excellent service made us feel very welcome.

The entire team made us feel at home, and we are already looking forward to coming back again. Thank you for another unforgettable holiday!

Temiz, düzenli ve organize bir otel

Overall very nice hotel, the food was good. The personnel is nice.

First time in Marmaris for me, first time in Turkey for my Mum, dad and brother. We were supposed to be going to Cape Verde but needed to change and we are so glad we found this hotel! It is amazing!

The staff are excellent across the board. The cleaning team, gardeners, restaurant, pool staff, bar staff and entertainment team were attentive, friendly and helpful. They were all always doing something.
Not forgetting our Tui rep Maxine who was on hand daily to answer any queries, booked us on a brilliant all day boat trip and recommended a lovely jewellers (which was just over the road from the hotel - Marmaris Gold Centre) Shout out to the jewellers inside the hotel also who were really helpful when my glasses lost a screw!

The pool is spacious and has plenty of beds available. There's none of that reserving beds and sodding off for the day going on here. If towels are left on beds before 9am they are removed. You are allowed around the pool before 9am but cannot leave your items there while you go off for breakfast. Also, only 1 person can reserve two beds at a time. There's no smoking or vaping allowed around the pool which is great. You receive towel cards at check in.

The food at this hotel is smashing, you will not go hungry here! Great ice-cream around the pool and in the restaurant too :)

Shame that a lot of cocktails are not included in the all inclusive package, such as frozen strawberry daiquiris...

The evening entertainment is fantastic, like going to the theatre every evening. Just incredible. Only let down was not being able to take part in the quiz as the wi-fi kept dropping you out.

Our rooms were all on the 1st floor. Very spacious and clean. No view but we were only in there to sleep no not something that bothers us. If i had to moan about anything it would be that right outside my room was a motor cycle bay where staff would sit with the engine running, smoking and talking loudly. The balcony door says 'sound proof' but wasn't.
That said we have already booked to go back next year so would 100% recommend this hotel. Thank you for an incredible stay :)

This hotel never disappoints, visit several times a year and can not recommend it enough.

The staff are welcoming, friendly and professional.

The rooms and hotel is very clean and up to date.

The restaurant has a great selection of food that is beautifully presented.

The manager is visible and present and interacts with all the customers.

Highly recommend, we can’t wait to go back.

This is a great hotel, we've never returned to the same hotel before but we made an exception for this and are contemplating booking for next year.
The food is amazing, you would be hard pressed not to find something you like and some of the desserts are delicious.
Sun beds are plentiful, you've a choice of pool side, on the grass or on the beach.
I would recommend the day beds if your happy to pay the price, I wasn't sure I would enjoy it but it was amazing and would definitely do it again.
Daytime activities include aqua aerobics, darts, water volleyball, water polo and table tennis.
We didn't bother much with the evening entertainment as we were out and about.
Everywhere is nice and clean and well maintained.
The only negative to this hotel and it is a big negative is the all inclusive alcoholic drinks, I understand why it's done but the beer is very gassy so you won't be drinking lots, the local spirits are in my opinion watered down, the difference between the free cocktails and the paid cocktails is like night and day.
As I say this is the only negative for me, will it stop me returning? Possibly

I would like to start by saying this hotel has some positives - entertainment, food, pool, beach etc is to standard. However, my holiday was unfortunately ruined by the behaviour towards me by certain staff.
One particular day, I was repeatedly laughed at by staff as I was sat on a couch, they were laughing and gathering other workers to look at me. At first I thought nothing of it, until they repeatedly continued this for over an hour. At that point I felt extremely uncomfortable and left.
Later on during the day, I walked to that area again with another person and these workers spotted me, gathered others again and AGAIN laughed, stared and presumably had a conversation about me as they were talking during this.
I am extremely disappointed as I don’t expect to come to a hotel to feel uncomfortable, belittled and made fun of. I would also like to add I have no idea why they were doing this as I had not once talked to them or even seen them during my stay.
They clearly seemed not to be focusing on their job. This is embarrassing for them and I hope they get fired if they have nothing better to do than to laugh at a young girl.
I will never be staying here again after this as I feel violated, those workers clearly need to be fired as they do not deserve to work in a hotel if they are disrespectful and make people upset.
I hope something is done regarding this as it is ruining the reputation and character that your hotel portrays.
