The staff was awesome, parking was perfect

Front desk not friendly

My stay was great. There were two drawbacks. When checking in I utilized the guest bathroom. There were two German roaches running around in the bathroom (this hotel is in a costal town, so the city is prone to these pests). The second issue was with my room door. I was assigned a room that was designed for a handicap individual. I had no issue with being assigned this room. My issue was with the doors locking mechanism. It took me 7 minutes to be able to get the door open. The lock would up, but then you had to press the button for the door’s automatic door opener. The mechanism that was supposed to open the door malfunctioned. It would not open the door and the lock would reengage before the opening motor would kick in. I’d imagine this would be very frustrating for an individual that is handicapped and tired after a long day of traveling. The stay its self was fantastic and the staff was very welcoming. I would stay there again and probably will soon.

Didn't like shower curtains they don't stay closed

The front desk was very accommodating for my reason of travel. My wife had passed away and laid her to rest in CC from New York. They were amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during this difficult time.

Just a had to move my room because little kids were running up and down the hall, staff was great and moved me to a different room and I get a great night sleep.

Clean & Comfortable. Only downside was the microwave didn't work.

Nice area staff courteous. Had requested a 2bed rm(on your app and by phone) was given rm with 1bed and foldout which was stained and hard to open also room was next to rm with barking dogs. Went down to frnt desk clerk was very nice and changed room. Which was very nice clean with 2beds. Very comfortable. When we went out encounteredthe barking dogs in hallway. Dont know your policy on this.

The best

Overall it wasn't terrible but it was not great. Our room smelled like mildew and there was no comforter just some scratchi throw. Breakfast was ok, some fruit would've been nice.

Pet friendly and clean.

The hotel is great for a short stay. Front staff was not great, the young man that checked me in looked upset and not happy felt like he was doing me a favor. The room was clean.

Confusion with my reservation. Room was clean but bathroom lacked attention. Pool was closed and looked very neglected as did most areas on property. Clerk complained rudely about a previous customer not being able to speak English. Shame stayed here in the past but degraded quite a bit.

Good comfort at a good price

Nothing really is nice this area . Staff are clueless and don’t give a damn about your personal things. Housekeeping threw away my groceries and other personal things. This place is a joke to even be considered an ok hotel.

The room had an odd stuffy smell, the beds were not queen size even though I paid extra for queen size. I went to take a shower and there were long hairs stuck to the shower wall which means the shower hadn’t been clean since the last person’s stay. Our bathroom door had extreme water damage. Staff was very friendly and kind.

No enough soap, for shower or washing hands, old ac unit, they gave me a dirty room first then i had to ask for another room. Broken Coffee machine, i have to change the plug to tv to get it to work.

Pool appeared to be poorly maintained.
Exterior grounds (trash) needed attention.
