Perfectly suitable no frills hotel for a short stay.
Pros:

Suitable for an overnight stay. Had all the necessities.

Cons:

The toilet’s flushing was odd/inconsistent. One of the elevators had a manually made sign warning only 3 people should go on but inside said more than that. The other elevator looked the same but no sign. That made me uncomfortable about the maintenance of the elevators.

The sausage and the eggs. U can tell it was not real the thing. Upset stomach from those powder eggs. The sausage was greasy. And did not even look real. I tried it fir the second time. I will not again. It bothered my stomach for a few hours. I know things are tight in business. There are certain things that should not be reduced/cut back. I stayed due to the breakfast and price. This was my only complaint. Otherwise everything else was wonderful. Fix the breakfast.

It was clean and cheap. But even the access to the back parking lot was sketchy.
Pros:

Eggs and sausage were cold. Didn't eat it.

Cons:

Hot breakfast should be warm.
The curtains were shredded.
The elevator which should hold 12 people, had a paper sign to only carry 3.

Mediocre, bad value for $200/night.

Cons:

No hot water!!! Bad smell in the room. Old style noisy AC like in one star motels. Elevator only takes 3 people, why?

Polite staff, despite needing updates it was clean, but don’t use the ice bucket!!

Rooms need updating- ripped wallpaper, scratched up furniture, lopsided bed (think springs were broken)
And why would you put the ice bucket in the bathroom?! Yuck!
