It was OK.
Pros:

The hotel was pleasant . The staff was nice for the most part.

Cons:

There are no blankets on the bed, only sheets and when we called the front desk to ask for some we were told there were none. My husband was very cold. The curtains at the windows needed to be replaced as well as the window itself did not close properly.

Pros:

No other people around my room. Riff raff was else where. Otherwise a wonderful stay. Not perfect. But a wonderful stay me so much city noise. Loved the waffles and fresh juice.

Cons:

So much city noise. Hard to park at times. You really did not feel safe parking in the back. The powder eggs for breakfast. Sausage could have better. Grateful breakfast was served. The homeless hanging outside of the hotel after their time was up. Unfortunate part that is all over Connecticut Hotels.

Cons:

It always smells like marijuana, even seems to permeate the room. Breakfast is minimal, need to offer regular yogurt, not just sugar free saccharine loaded garbage.

Nothing. The hotel was terrible, a motel would have better.

Everything. The rooms were dirty, tubs clogged, holes in the walls. Furniture deteriorated badly, carpets had a terrible odor, beds were sunken in and lumpy, baseboards were separating from the walls, poor lighting the bathrooms,. Stains on the lining. We changed rooms three times in 24 hours then decided to cancel our stay. All of the rooms were gross. To make it worst, there were prostitution occurring in the hotel. Terrible establishment. No one stay there, especially not with kids!

I have stayed here 3 times and it keeps getting worse. I won’t stay again.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. The person who worked the breakfast area was very helpful and kind and kept the place very clean.
The beds were well made and the bathroom was clean (except for hair in tub).

Cons:

The room and hall smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The cleanliness of the room was not great- the bed skirt looked like someone had vomited and then it had just been wiped. The room had a foul odor that permeated the pillows. The mattresses felt old and offered little support. The bed covers were so thin that they didn’t even retain heat. There were no extra blankets. The shower had hair in the bottom of the tub.
