Excellent for the price after a long day at storage, loading a truck and needing to rest before continuing in

Pros:

Room was great and the place is really clean. Staff was also nice.

Cons:

The elevator has been broken for many months. I have stayed there three times over the last three months and the elevator has not worked so we have to walk the stairs.

Location and cleanliness

Cons:

Staff was not friendly or eager to please. In fact when we came in two employees were sitting on the floor behind the desk. Breakfast was not ready on time and not a lot of healthy choices. shower head was broken, but they did come replace it. Air conditioner and Neighbors were very noisy stayed two nights and did not get one night's good sleep.

Pros:

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Zwischenstopp, Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden und alles was man braucht im nahen Umfeld! Unterkunft, Betten sowie Bad alles sauber und ordentlich. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Das Frühstück war toll und sehr vielfältig!

Just the breakfast

Cons:

We arrived late in the evening and discovered that we had been assigned a room on the third floor, while the elevator was out of order. I have a bad back, and my mother is elderly, so I had to carry our bags and help her climb the stairs.
When I asked the receptionist why we hadn’t been informed in advance, he said it was because we had booked through Booking.com. However, the hotel had contacted me through the app or by email to say they were ready for our arrival, but never mentioned the elevator problem. They could have contacted me—or asked Booking.com to contact me—so I could make other arrangements. Instead, the receptionist told me to either take the room or find another hotel.
I asked to speak with the manager and was told I would receive a call by Monday. No one called, and my attempts to reach the hotel went unanswered. Booking.com also tried to resolve the issue, but the hotel refused to cooperate. I never even received an apology.
I would recommend the hotel retrain their staff on hospitality procedures.

Pros:

L’unico punto a favore è la vicinanza al Parco e la colazione decente

Cons:

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la palestra(tapiroulant rotto e pochi altri attrezzi a disposizione) e per la lavanderia (su 4 macchine due fuori uso due occupate)

Bagno con wc incrostato lenzuola non stirate(chissà se cambiate)lampade alonate e dulcis in fundo al risveglio una blatta che passeggiava sul tavolo..dopo una giornata trascorsa nel parco questo è tutto ciò che non si vorrebbe vivere!ah dimenticavo dispenser del caffè e dell’acqua calda a disposizione nella hall NATURALMENTE VUOTI!!
