Cons:

1. Miałem zarezerwowany inny hotel tej sieci ale jest w trakcie remontu. Nikt mnie nie poinformował o tym fakcie co spowodowało spory stres. Okazało się że w zamian mamy pokoje w innym hotelu i nie byłoby z tym żadnego problemu gdybym wiedział o tym fakcie wcześniej.

Kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Wir waren bereits einmal in diesem Hotel und waren so zufrieden, dass wir es wieder gebucht haben. Das Zimmer hatte eine super Größe, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausreichendes Frühstücksangebot (mehr als nur Croissant und Kaffee) und mit dem Bus ist man innerhalb von 20min an der Ponte Vecchio.

Cons:

Etwas staubig war es im Zimmer, kann aber auch daran liegen, dass das Zimmer nicht direkt vor uns belegt war.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The vibe of the building and room were very classy, cute and cozy. For the breakfast, they cook something for you on the spot and make you a coffee of your choice. definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Thanks for the experience!

Cons:

The hotel is a bit far away, but it is very accessible by bus 23, 32 or 31. you will make your way back easily from the city center. The room was a little too small for my comfort, but I was only one person so I didn't mind that much. I can't imagine sharing the room with one more person, though.
