It is just fine.
Pros:

Hotel fulfilled my request for early check-in and late check-out. It is great. I really appreciate it.

Cons:

We stayed there two nights, there was no housekeeping ( room cleaning) during my stay.
Breakfast is ok. However, there is only one staff and there were a lot of guests. She seems to be short handed for serving and cleaning.. I wish there were two staffs assigned. Then they would serve the guests better. She did her best and it is understandable.

Staff was very courteous, especially the lady that prepared breakfast every morning.

Cons:

I didn't get to enjoy the pool, because there's a rule that requires 2 people present one in the water and one the deck observing. As a couple we weren't able to enjoy the indoor pool due to this regulation.

Pros:

Dawn at reception is kind and patient and accommodating. Very friendly too. Great breakfast. Kara was nice too. A great stay

Parking was terrible because snowmobile trailers took up several spots. Got locked out of our room because the key card pad wouldn't work.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable. It would have been better if the bathroom had a fan. It gets full of steam when you take a shower.

Cons:

The bathroom needs an exhaust fan. Also, i got sick with the flu and had to leave a day early. I could not get a refund for leaving early even though I contacted Booking.com. I was upset about that.
