Convenient and clean with professional staff.
Pros:

My stay was a very nice experience. The staff were very professional and the facility was clean and well taken care of. I liked that it was close to the airport and that they provide easy transportation to the airport. I will always stay here during my visits to Michigan. I Especially like that they honored my Hilton honors program.

Vicino all’aeroporto. Palestra ben fornita

Cons:

Nella palestra non ci sono le salviette per pulire gli attrezzi dopo l’uso.
L’ascensorista è molto rumoroso e dà l’idea di potersi fermare da un momento all’altro

It was somewhere to stay before our flight out

Cons:

TV would not work, light out, shower handle was loose, trash was not removed under counter at coffee maker and it was full, closet door was not closing..looks like it needed a punch list of work completed. The elevator was not working..

The elevator was out of service and there were no first floor rooms. So my husband that needs a walker was unable to stay. The worker at the desk said it was our responsibility to check the website.

Worked well for what we needed in lodging near the airport.
Pros:

Very convenient in distance to the airport. Nice shower. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Elevator was not working but that was explained to us upon arrival and we could have cancelled our reservation free of charge. We were only there for an overnight so used the stairs. It was inconvenient but things happen.

Cons:

Elevator was broken. Had to carry all luggage upstairs. Stairwell was dirty and smelled. Pool was dirty and pool area did not have air conditioning. Employee who checked me in was rude.
