Staff, pool and lobby area were very nice.

Cons:

The temperature in our room was frigid when we arrived. Wires to the heating unit were laying out and exposed.

Simply wonderful stay in this hotel!

Everything! I spent along time looking for the right hotel for me and my teenage daughter on our first trip to USA. Read lots of reviews- had me worried. But my goodness I have never felt so safe and welcomed in this amazing hotel. From the minute we arrived in our huge room - we felt safe. It was quiet in our room and so very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. We were in room 202- lush room overlooking the pond. We loved it. Huge bed. Staff were so friendly and kind. Breakfast was simple but fine and we enjoyed it each morning. We used the gym and pool. Quiet and lovely. We walked to the shops and restaurants easily, but u need a car to go further. We were sad to leave this lovely place, would love to stay again.

Thanks! Great value for the money and cleanliness (my main criteria for a hotel) was excellent.
Pros:

Good location - close to airport and easy to find. Breakfast was the standard fare, like other Hamptons. I especially appreciate the waffle option.

Cons:

The temperature in the dining room and on the first floor was WAY too cold.

Clean, friendly staff excellent stay we will be back.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean . Beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! Great stay . We will be back.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was the location was a little tricky to find even with the GPS. We didn’t realize you had to go through the target parking lot to get to the little road that took you to the hotel.

This property is situated in a secluded area, so it is very quiet and feels safe. Lots of great features here, including a nice breakfast,with a clean and comfortable room. The shuttle service to the airport was run efficiently. Leaving our car on their lot was a real perk. Would definitely stay here again.
