Good location, good breakfast but under construction which made the experience not pleasant.
Pros:

The location was great and the continental breakfast was decent. The staff was nice and the beds were comfortable and clean. I wish somewhere in the booking it stated the hotel was going through construction, I would have stayed somewhere else.

Cons:

The hotel is under construction. There is furniture in the lobby, halls blocked off, and the elevator with rugs hanging inside the entire time. The rooms are very outdated in dire need of renovation.

Pros:

The room was clean that was the only thing that went right

Cons:

1.The reception staff was not informative as they did not go over the timings for: breakfast, pool and checkout.That should be protocol when you check in.
2. Elevator was broken and the reception staff could accommodate us to one on the first floor. He said the cleaning staff left and did not complete the cleaning.
3. Pillows were sooo small they look like cushions. You only get 2 and no extra pillows are available in the room.
5. Since I forgot to inquire about breakfast times, I missed breakfast which was until 9:00. I did pick up the phone to call the reception desk but there was no extension so I couldn't call by the time I got there at 9:10 it was over.
7. Internet sucked. So good luck if you are trying to bring your gaming or Firestick.
8. No coffee or tea available after breakfast is over. Wow this is usually available at all times as a courtesy
10. The facility was filthy
11. Washing machines was not service and could not be used

I had a warm and comfortable stay at this Holiday Inn.
Pros:

I thought the woman at the desk was efficient, courteous, and welcoming. She made sure that I got the room I reserved ahead of time, and give me a brisk but friendly itinerary.

Cons:

This large hotel had only one elevator.

One of the best hotels I stayed at in a long time
Pros:

The beds were comfy the pool was awesome and so was the breakfast and the staff were amazing
Loved the coffee machine in the room and the small appliances everything seamed very clean and need and comfortable

Cons:

I didn't like the hallway being so cold coming from the pool to your room is freezing 🥶
There was white spots on the chair in are room and the one light by the coffee machine did not work you had to plug it in and unplug it to turn it on and off
