Construction to front of casino does require a person to walk more than normal

The property was under major construction making it impossible to access all areas of the property with ease.

We were very satisfied with our room, food at the restaurant, and the large casino.
There was renovation going on, but we were able to get around just fine. We were surprised on how large the whole area is. This was our first visit to Argosy hotel and casino, and we’re not disappointed.

I love staying here when I come to Kansas City. It is close enough to everything, but far enough away from the noise and traffic.

The rooms were really nice! Parking was easy and staff was friendly!

Parking was great, large lot with plenty of spots and good lighting. Room was adequate, not the cleanest but definitely fine for a weekend! Shower was great in the bathroom.
Cheap drinks in the casino and had a lot of fun on the penny slots for a couple of hours!

Very disappointing stay - Argosy Hotel & Casino

We were three guests and our stay was far below expectations. The room was never cleaned during our visit.
Only two bath towels were provided even though we were three people, there were no tissue sheets, and no shower mat — which made the
bathroom floor completely wet after every shower. Hotel staff didn't clearly explain the hotel's conditions or services. The WiFi didn't work at all, and even though we paid for amenities, we couldn't access YouTube or any of the advertised extras.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. The hotel should improve its housekeeping service, communication, and basic guest amenities. At this point, I wouldn't recommend staying at Argosy Hotel & Casino Kansas until these issues are resolved.

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was really nice. The tile design, dual rain shower head, and glass door with seat made for a relaxing shower before bed. I was kind of disappointed. The in-room coffee maker had 2 cups, but only 1 package of coffee. There was also no cream or sugar.

No housekeeping, you had to drop towels in front of door. Not enough staff to clean your room.

Only on restaurant. Some visible mold on shower heads—-they should be replaced. Otherwise room and bathroom/shower were quite clean and spacious

Lack of places to eat or drink anything other than alcohol. It was under construction so a lot of walking around outside to get to the casino.

Nice place. A bit too smokey for me on the casino floor. Two restaurants were under construction, so that took away from the experience but remodeling and construction has to happen.... Good, clean, friendly place!

Great location for shopping or events to attend

Everybody was very nice. Could use more handicap parking. Had to drop my daughter off with scooter because no handicap parking was available.

Under construction with minimal places to eat. Inside common area were dirty. Did not respond to housekeeping request. Restaurant service on our first night was a one hour + wait.
Casino staff were friendly and hospitable, but there were no floor servers or cleaning service around to clean up cigarette butts and empty drink containers.

The room was extremely nice, nice large bath and shower. Only issue is they dont have in stay housekeeping. Only after check-out. We needed new towels they said they would bring some, but took the diety ones and did not replace, we had to call down for some. Hotel ia doin renovations i expect after that it will be lovely

I felt this hotel was exceptional. The staff was friendly. The rooms were very nice. And the location was extremely convenient for me allowing me to tourist experience KC and also visit my home town. It was easy to get to and navigate from. I will be staying here again when I visit
