La amabilidad de todo el personal, especialmente los chicos de recepción al igual que los del comedor y de limpieza siempre atentos y dispuestos. La ubicación del hotel es excelente y muy cómodas las habitaciones. Si volvemos a Mendoza seguramente nos volveremos a alojar allí.

Pros:

A localização é muito boa.

Cons:

Quarto conjugado sem porta dupla, nenhuma privacidade. Ouvia tudo do quarto ao lado, vizinhos barulhentos. Cartão chave nunca funcionava, tinha que voltar na recepção toda vez que precisava entrar. Não reposição de toalhas.

No hay relación entre el precio y la calidad.
Pros:

Ubicación. Desayuno, bueno. No tienen opciones para Celiacos. Si lo necesitas, me informaron que hay que pedirlo cuando reservas. Eso no está tan bien. Deberían ya estar actualizados con este tema.

Cons:

Ducha, el agua sale fria y caliente en forma intermitente. Me informaron en recepción que es un tema que están tratando de resolver.

Hotel Villagio Boutique fit our needs perfectally this trip.
Pros:

Very helpful staff, well maintained facility. Good beds, good breakfast, excellent location.

Cons:

A bit expensive for the local market. We chose based on the location.

Localização muito boa, o café da manhã normal, para um hotel dessa categoria.

Cons:

não gostei do chuveiro, agua quente de repente água fria, de repente água quente não tinha um fluxo constante de agua com a mesma temperatura,

This is a place that is comfortable and authentic local. Breakfast was average. Front desk was very helpful in assisting us with local Spanish tour issues which was invaluable. If u are looking for authentic local helpful lodging this is it. If u seek a large volume of English speaking guests or tours pay more and go elsewhere
