Pros:

The rooms are always clean and well stocked. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s very convenient to have the restaurant on the premises and it’s open 24 hours!

Peaceful, quiet, beautiful hotel
Pros:

Very quiet. Beautiful location. Loved that my car was steps away from my room. Made unpacking and packing my car so easy. Great water pressure, not too soft, not hard, immediate hot water. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Hard to say. It’s not a 5 star hotel and when you know that, you enjoy what it is.

Great location, 24 hour diner, very close to the hiking trail to see the waterfalls
Pros:

Great location, right off the freeway. LOVED the concept of the 24 hour diner, their menu honestly looked great although I edit get a chance to eat. It's right across the trail for the waterfall. If you cannot find parking, toy can just park at the hotel and walk, it's really that close. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth. They also have a gym

Pros:

The location was awesome with a view of Mt Shasta. There was a Penny's Diner right in front of the Hotel. The atmosphere and food were excellent.
