Cons:

Direkt an der Autobahn gelegen, mini Zimmer, Frühstück und Badezimmer. Ist zwar sauber, aber gleicht eher einem Stundenhotel. Für eine Nacht o.k., aber für den Preis gibt es weitaus bessere Unterkünfte!!!

Que le personnel présent ne met pas prévenu lors de mon arrivée et lorsque que j'ai réglé ma chambre qu'il n'aurait pas d'électricité le lendemain et pareil le jeudi toute la journée . Quand nous nous sommes réveillés il n'y avait pas d'électricité donc impossible de prendre une douche,de déjeuner,de se préparer et lorsque que je vais voir à l'accueil on me dit que c'est comme ça, il a fallu que je me fâche . De la on m'a proposé une autre chambre dans un autre hôtel mais à 17km de mon lieu de vacances et tout cela sans aucun problème pour eux . C'était ça ou alors je devais rester dans une chambre pendant deux jours sans électricité. Donc j'ai dû accepter lors proposition ayant mon fils avec moi, je ne pouvais pas rester dans un hôtel sans électricité. De plus cela m'a entraîné des frais d'essence supplémentaires pour me permettre de me rendre dans ma famille qui habite juste à côté du premier hôtel, au prix de l'essence à ce jour on ne peut pas ce le permette.De ce fait je me permets de porter réclamation et de demander un geste commercial de leur part ce qui pour moi me paraît tout à fait normal pour la gêne occasionnée. J'espère bien avoir un geste commercial de votre part, je réserve souvent par votre site.Dans l'attente d'un retour positif de votre veuillez agréer mes salutations.
