Won’t be back.
Cons:

It was freezing cold in the room all night. The central heat was on all night at 85 degrees and blowing out cold air . We called the front desk and they could do nothing about it . Tried to get a full refund and no manager was on site and have yet to hear anything. They also did not have the robes that are shown in the photos.

Decent for a max 2-3 night stay if you don't have expectations
Pros:

Location was decent if you want to experience the renewed neighborhood of Park Slope, BK. Whole Foods, "hipper" restaurants, "specialty" foods and drink. 5th Ave is nice to walk, but depending on you, the rest of the area may not be your thing. Hotel location was fine, close to subways, bed was comfy.

Cons:

Airco/Heating machine couldn't turn off. I tried many times. View outside my window was of the Uhaul facility behind the hotel. I feel like for the value, what I spent for 3 nights, I could've spent a bit more for a nicer hotel experience or Air BNB in the neighborhood.

Pros:

Very clean , loved the attached terrace , spacious bed comfortable room was amazing .

Cons:

Only thing you had to go to the lobby to heat your food up.
