Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’emplacement est excellent, proche des transports et de nombreux points d’intérêt, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse rendent l’expérience encore plus agréable.

A pleasant stay with great staff, excellent cleanliness, and very helpful service.
Pros:

The hotel has a great location and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Farid at the reception for his excellent support and professionalism. He did his best to assist with everything we needed. Also, the rooms were very clean and well maintained thanks to Leyla – the cleanliness was truly impressive.

Cons:

Overall everything was good. There was nothing significant that I disliked during my stay.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a été absolument remarquable plus particulièrement Un GRAND MERCI à Ferit et Tugce toujours souriants, professionnels et très attentionnés. On se sent vraiment bien accueilli dès l’arrivée, et toute l’équipe fait son maximum pour rendre le séjour agréable et confortable.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également idéal, Il permet d’accéder facilement aux principaux points d’intérêt, aux restaurants et aux transports, tout en restant dans un endroit calme et agréable.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne cherchant un séjour confortable avec un service de grande qualité et une localisation parfaite.

The hotel has a great location and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Mr. Chengiz in the restaurant. He was very friendly and approachable, answered many of our questions with great enthusiasm, and helped us with useful information during our stay.
