3 van de 4 kamers waren goed en met uitzicht op de Bosporus!!
Het ontbijt was erg goed en vriendelijk personeel!!
De locatie, bij het Taksimplein was prima!!

Cons:

De 4e kamer, een "suite" was niet goed: heel klein (kleiner dan was beloofd 40m2 en ook oud, weinig licht en geen uitzicht, behalve muren.
De receptie was vriendelijk, maar niet adequaat ( je moest vele keren om iets vragen endan nog weinig resultaat!)
De Spa was donker en klein!

Juste l emplacement

Cons:

Le seul véritable point positif de cet établissement est son emplacement. Pour le reste, les prestations sont loin d’être à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Nous avions demandé un lit bébé pour notre enfant d’un an avant notre arrivée. Pourtant, aucun lit n’était installé dans la chambre. Il ne nous a été apporté que le lendemain, nous obligeant à dormir avec notre bébé entre nous la première nuit.

La salle de bain était dans un état déplorable, avec une douche envahie par les moisissures (voir les photos). À cela s’ajoutait une forte odeur d’urine persistante dans la chambre, rendant le séjour particulièrement désagréable.

Enfin, la piscine, qui avait été un critère déterminant dans notre choix de cet hôtel, était fermée. Cette information n’était mentionnée nulle part lors de la réservation et nous ne l’avons découverte qu’à notre arrivée. Aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. Ce n’est qu’après avoir déposé une réclamation auprès de Booking.com que l’hôtel nous a informés, la veille de notre départ, qu’il était possible d’utiliser la piscine de l’établissement voisin, où ils envoyaient pourtant leurs clients depuis le début.

En résumé, une expérience très décevante. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

Fantastic sea view

I had a wonderful stay at Marbel Hotel. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. The staff were all friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed.

A special thank you to Cagatay, who went above and beyond to make my stay even better. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. His excellent customer service and positive attitude really stood out and made a lasting impression.

I highly recommend Marbel Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again!

I was comfortable and felt at home.
Pros:

I liked that it was central and the staff were professional and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the linen is very clean. The staff attended us and made sure we were comfortable in every way possible.
This is our second time staying at Marble hotel and I can’t wait to be back. There is great public transport that makes it easy to travel all around Istanbul
