Truly incredible
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, we absolutely loved our 5 night stay. Breakfast was very good with a good selection to choose from. Room was clean and bed very comfortable and would defiantly stay here again. Hotel is in a fantastic location in Taksim square with all restaurants and bars, metro and tram stop only 2 min walk away

Cons:

Nothing, everything was fantastic and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Top locatie, erg veel lawaai.
Pros:

Locatie is top. Je zit overal super dichtbij. Bedden waren goed.

Cons:

Erg gehorig. Je hoorde letterlijk alles van buiten en wij zaten op de 6e verdieping. Verplaatsing was niet mogelijk. Badkamer was aan vernieuwing toe. Alles hing scheef en los.

This hotel and their ratings is a scam
Pros:

There was nothing to like about this place. An old building, with a terrible lounge and reception. When we were waiting in the lounge of the hotel we found out that this hotel is a scam

Cons:

The cleanliness of the hotel. Elevators were old, dirty, and unsafe. There is a smell in every corner of the hotel and when we asked them to change our room because of the smell and glass door on the bathroom, they sent a housekeeper with a spray :(

Pros:

Location, facilities, spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great, limited choices with a focus on Turkish type of breakfast-difficult for foreigners… Bad filter coffee (only one available) : need to invest in a good automatic coffee machine. No fresh milk but made up from concentrated milk. We would have preferred to have some additional classic breakfast options (eg scrambled eggs, normal bread-not just the Turkish simit). Also, something needs to be done about the loud noise/music of the nearby club until 2am everyday that affects the back rooms!

Good stay
Pros:

We stayed for 3 days. The location is very good. It is 5 mins from metro. Breakfast is good. The room was spacious. Every day staff cleaned the room. We liked everything.

The location and the staff all were amazing. A small concern would be the rooms not up to the mark , clean but not well maintained. The cleaning staff was great.

Facilities are old and dirty, pillows are old, in rooms smelled like dirty floor or dust. The hotel requires renovation for sure: door in one of our room obviously was broken once, keys were not working properly, the table was skewed

Все отлично
Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля, площадь Таксим и ул. Истикляль в 2 минутах ходьбы, рядом греческий храм. Все магазины и кафе в пешей доступности
Персонал отзывчивый , в номерах очень чисто, белье, полотенца, тапочки, душевые принадлежности,чай, кофе, вода все менялось и пополнялось в срок.
Заселили в номер выше категории совершенно бесплатно и с видом на Босфор, за что отдельное спасибо ребятам с рецепшен.
Завтраки были хорошие. Много овощей, нарезки и сладостей

Cons:

Хотелось бы, чтобы в номере была не только вода, но и стаканы для нее.А к чашкам блюдца и ложечки вместо деревянных палочек) Аналогично в ванной стаканы не помешают.
