Lovely Balinese Resort

We love everything about this peaceful resort. The traditional architecture is gorgeous, the room is spacious, the garden is immaculate, the staff are lovely, the pool is stunning, and the hotel is right on the beach which is safe for swimming.
It is great value for money . It is a little dated and tired, but for us that is part of the charm. The nearby resorts may be more modern with up-to-date facilities, but Keraton feels like the real Bali.

Lovely place to stay, great staff. Very quick overnight trip but would recommend again, onsite restaurant - right on the beach. Large comfortable room, beautiful grounds.

Nous sommes venus avec mon mari, il y a 17 ans et nous sommes revenus cette année avec nos enfants sur cet hôtel du keraton qui n’a rien à envier aux gros complexes voisins. Un hôtel à l’architecture Balinaise magnifique, un emplacement idéal entre piscine et mer de Jimbaran, des couchers de soleil sublimes accompagnés des cerfs volants des enfants balinais et des départs de bateaux de pêche en soirée; un véritable spectacle. Le personnel de l’hôtel est adorable, disponible et serviable.
Un petit bémol sur la carte du restaurant qui pourrait être plus attrayante mais on peut facilement déjeuner et dîner sur les Warung de la plage tous sympas. En revanche, le breakfast de l’hôtel est parfait !
La cerise sur le gâteau, vous pouvez vous faire masser sur la plage ou bien chez Rosa qui est adorable et masse merveilleusement bien (si vous êtes en duo, son amie Maria a aussi des mains de fées)
Si vous hésitez pour un hôtel à Jimbaran alors n’hésitez plus vous serez enchantés

It was perfect place to stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were right on the beach.

This is a tired property, staff are nice but not very with it. Sometimes get the room cleaned, sometimes not.
Needs a major overhaul to bring it back to 4 star.
Location was very nice and quiet, centralised between Nusa Dua and Kuta.

Although the property is a tad dated but with amazing history character amd beautiful gardens .. .. the maintenance and cleanliness is exceptional .. they are recovering from the pandememic and doing an amazing job
. The service food and rooms are beautiful .. and relaxing .. the staff are beautiful and amazingly helpful and friendly .. walking distance to facilities like ATM .. etc ..
The beach is right there with hundreds of fish cafes .
I cannot recommendreccomend this place highly enough ..
The pool is beautiful and huge and the laughter is everywhere .
The staff know our names after a week and we know thiers ..
The night markets are fun and right next door ..
Rosa gives the best massage and bought us special fruit treats .
So safe and relaxed and they even helped us out when we got our dates wrong ..

Nice enough resort very quite pretty gardens good staff unfortunately the beach was a tip i believe tjey had had a storm and no effort had been made to clean up the beach

This place is filled with Balinese character, the decor is fantastic and there is an impressive bonsai tree collection on the perfectly manicured grounds. The pool is beautiful too. There's direct access to the beach, where it's white sands and plenty of sun loungers were available when I was there. You can see daily local life pass by which was nice. It seems like the hotel is generally past its 'hey day' and it's a little bit dated but everything was working ok and clean. The room was spacious, with an ornate front door and I had a lovely terrace. You could almost hear the waves from the terrace. Subject to availability you can stay past check out for 100k IR per hour. The only thing I didn't love about the hotel was that receptionist kept reminding me that I owed them money for a late check out even when we had agreed at check in that I would pay on check out. Excellent choice if you want to avoid a trafficked route to the airport (~10 mins on a Sat at 4pm).

Look, this place is cheap and has spa and restaurant. It’s perfect for what it is. It’s a quieter part of town in general so don’t blame the resort for being on the sleepier side. The reviews complaining about bugs….there are bugs everywhere in Bali….get use to it. I enjoyed my stay here and especially loved the breakfast. Recommend!

Very Quiet ...Great Beach Frontage, very clean

The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable.
The gardens were well maintained.
The location is excellent with direct access to the beach.
The resort is old and needs major updating. Breakfast was average and the restaurant had a very minimal menu. We ate there twice out of necessity and both times food took forever and came out cold. There seemed to be a small amount of guests staying there so there was no vibe around the resort.

Pool and garden

The Keraton Hotel ticked all the boxes. The staff were excellent- friendly and efficient. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Good choice of breakfasts . Pool and garden area was large and well tended ( including a wonderful bonsai collection). Close to the Main Street and backed onto Jimbaran beach, which is a beautiful beach - white sand, clean, great for swimming, and many good places to eat very close
I will definitely stay there again when I return to Bali

Hotel was a little tired. Most staff were friendly but not very attentive. Check in wasn’t great, was shown to my room and pointed towards the beach. Bed was comfy.

Very beautiful location and green and cozy territory of the hotel.
Staff very helpful and friendly , breakfast good enough but all the same from day to day. They don’t have umbrellas on the beach. The rooms are spacious but old...no sports activity ( only table for ping-pong)...
