Terrible smell from toilet in room. As toilet is located inside room only separated by a glass door, the plumbing/ stale water smell can be smelt throughout the unit. Unbearable.

Missed a balcony, for the second time in our experience we were left with no hot water to be able to shower after being in the pool. Extremely inconvenient, even after the water had been restored we still had to ring down again to complain.

The pool area is beautiful but always in the shade, which is ok but the water is also far too cold to be of comfort.
Great lication next to Dubai mall. Liked room but wished there was charging ports or outlets on both sides of bed. Made it very difficult fir partner to charge phone next to bed.
Ideally located, rooms are spacious, bed was massive, staff were really friendly and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel in a long time!
