Quiet, nice location. Close to metro station. Breakfast was great for hotel
Terrible weed smell at the front desk and in stairwells the entire stay
The price and the free laundry detergent and fabric sheet.
The smell of marijuana outside, the wet dog odor in the room, the broken elevator, the coin operated laundry (front desk didn’t have enough change therefore, I couldn’t do laundry), the vending machine (ran out of majority of the drinks), the lady in the lobby who asked me to get her a room for the night.

Location was good. It was close to everything.
Room was dirty and had a terrible smell. Upon further inspection there were ants crawling all over the desk and curtains, which got on our belongings. Add to that, the elevator was not working during our entire stay (two nights) and the staff had no idea when it would be fixed. We attempted to change hotels but the area was booked so we were stuck.
It was close to the area where we was going
The elevator was broken. We was scared to get on it. It would move before everyone was on and the doors was shut. We took the stairs. Parking was bad. There was utility trucks taking up majority of the parking. The breakfast bar wasn’t really breakfast just quick snacks.
The man that checked us in was on his cellphone talking to someone. Didn’t explain anything to us when we checked in.
The rooms outlets were loose so our chargers wouldn’t stay plugged in.
The fridge was not cold. And the freezer had no space due to all the ice buildup.
The bed was hard not soft like most hotel beds.

There's no pool
The outside of the hotel was clean and quiet. The inside of the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. There were fresh “free” cookies at the front desk when we checked in. The room was decent, clean and a/c worked great.
The room got really cold and there’s no thermostat in the room for you to control the a/c.
