Very pleasant and convenient location!y
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighbor was very walkable and the subway was at the end of the block.

Cons:

The meal voucher only covered fruit and beagles. Eggs and beacon was another $19.99

Die Lage ist unschlagbar!

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer sehr dreckig und abgewohnt. Auch eine Beschwerde an der Rezeption hat leider nichts daran geändert.

A Great Choice for Exploring New York

First New York experience as a family
Pros:

The hotel was amazing right along with the staff! We have two small boys so we spent some time in the room, and some time exploring New York! It was a wonderful stay and we appreciate the hospitality from the entire staff!!

Esmorzar molt pobre i bàsic. Sempre el mateix, res calent ni formatge ni embrutit. Nomes fruita, iogurt, mermelades i mantega, cafè de pot i sucs... No està al nivell d'un Hilton

Pros:

La ubicación era excelente, tiene conexión cercana con bastantes líneas de bus y metro.

Cons:

La habitación es un poco justa y la limpieza está bien, pero se podría mejorar un poco.
No me gustó nada tener que pagar para poder tener todos los huéspedes internet.

Perfect location
Pros:

The location is amazing, walking distance to shops, subway, and a lot of attractions.
Staff was exceptional, very friendly, very helpful 10 out of 10

Cons:

The hotel looked very tired, the bathroom was not clean and the first night my children refused to go for a shower until I cleaned it.
Big improvement needed on cleaning rooms and bathrooms.

Pros:

The location was really good.

Cons:

The price was too high for the type of room we got. It was a small room with twin beds even after requesting one king bed.
For Hilton, I think the room quality overall was not that great

Pros:

Great location, quieter!!, 28th street voted prettiest street with numerous flower outlets. Subway stations short walks, numerous restuarants. Breakfast very good. Friendly helpful staff reception & restuarant.

Cons:

Older hotel, good size rooms, lifts can get a little busy at times .

Good but need more cleaning

Cons:

The first day when we arrived the room was very clean, but the rest of the days (we stayed 5 nights) the cleaning was very poor, leaving hair and papers in the room, or without cleaning at all. After compaining that tbe room was not cleaned, in the reception informed that they dont have a cleaning person anymore, so the room remain uncleaned.
