I have stayed in a lot of Hiltons in different states, and this Hilton had the staff that was the friendliest.
Pros:

Every single staff member was friendly and helpful.. The room was a decent size for a NY hotel. there is a discount code for the parking garage around the corner.

Cons:

A little bit run down.

The beds were too soft. Some power outlets didn’t work. The rooms are rusty and old and the waiting staff at the restaurants had a bit of an attitude.

Heel prettig comfortabel betaalbaar hotel in Chelsea NY
Pros:

De hele goede locatie met vriendelijk personeel! Ook een leuke gezellige straat met veel bloemenwinkels. Vanuit het hotel hebben we, mijn zoon en ik, naar alle hightlights kunnen lopen. Prima ruime kamer met dito bedden.

Cons:

Het ontbijt: met veel zoete en zachte broodjes en vnl zoet beleg. Gelukkig is er wel vers fruit!

Pros:

Emplacement, personnel très accueillant. Chambre propre, et assez spacieuse, non bruyant!

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner inclus, le buffet n'avait pas beaucoup de choix, quelques tranches de pains, du yaourt, flocons d'avoine, fruits. Pour le prix ce n'est pas mieux qu'un motel avec petit déjeuner compris, il faut savoir que le petit déjeuner se passe dans la partie restaurant de l'hôtel et il y a du choix si l'on passe commande à table en supplément, j'aurais aimé que ce soit précisé lors de la réservation dans ce cas je n'aurais pas pris le petit déjeuner inclus et aurai choisi sur le menu pour quelques dollars de plus.
La salle de bain était en désaccord avec la chambre, un peu vieillotte et légèrement délabrée.

L'emplacement

Cons:

Je trouve que l'hôtel est très cher pour la chambre que nous avions.
Certes, nous avions deux grands lits et un matelas confortable mais cela ne justifie en rien les 1800€ pour 4 jours pourv2 personnes.

De plus le petit-déjeuner est compris dans le prix payé. Je trouve très déplacé que l'on nous amène la nôtre du petit-déjeuner pendant le petit-déjeuner... avec en spus-marin, la demande de pourboire...

De mevrouw aan de receptie was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de ligging is perfect en het ontbijt was prima. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding voor de toplocatie. Erg fijn dat er een koelkast en magnetron in de kamer is
