Great stay for visiting New York
Pros:

Great location, nearby metro station, Empire State building and Times square

Cons:

There are only two elevators for 20+ levels, therefore waiting time is long sometime. Breakfast is free of charge with self-service, but tip is not included

La camera, struttura vecchia da sistemare, climatizzatore molto rumoroso o il gelo o caldo che ti soffiava addosso perché vicinissimo al letto e che proprio per questo non potevi tener acceso. Non molto buona la pulizia

Very disappointing hotel. Old, stained, average acommodation.

Location is good, everything else is very disappointing.

This hotel almost ruined our whole vacation. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, there are better options close by for the same price range.
1. The room was tiny, absolutely it does not have 26mt. This is false information.
2. The air conditioner is really loud. Next to one of the beds. We couldn’t sleep in all 4 nights, very unpleasant and very disruptive for the family vacation.
3. Breakfast is just old bread and drinks. Don’t pay extra for it, is totally worthless.
4. The building is narrow, and small, elevators are always busy with the cleaning cart and corridors full of laundry, sheets and garbage collection. Very unpleasant.
5. Carpets are so stained, specially in the breakfast room and corridors that it gives a sense of dirty.
6 services is really bad, not a single day they could place 4 towels in our room, despite being a reservation for 4, everyday we had to call and wait,l for over 30 minutos, one day and one night no towels arrived. We also arrived after a very long international flight with young kids, they refused to give us an available room at 1pm, they had the room available but unless we paid extra we were not allowed before exactly 3pm (poor customer service), it was 1pm and with young kids. We waited until 3pm, I refused to pay extra for 2 hours.
7. Not a single hanger for towels in the bathroom, only floor space.

Basically it is a three star, very average hotel, if you expect anything slightly better you will be very disappointed as we were, don’t let the Hilton brand influence it makes no difference.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn
Pros:

Location, easy to get to subway and train and walking distance to Times Square, Penn Station, MSG and many tourist attractions.

Cons:

No restaurant only breakfast but would not stop us from staying there again.

Завтрак просто никакой... Унитаз шумит при каждом нажатии на кнопку где то 2 минуты. На ресепшне настолько недружелюбные люди, встретившие недовольными лицами...
