Lovely stay, well located could do with some updating
Pros:

Lovely street front with flower nurseries nearby. Great buffet breakfasts and good location.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. W pobliżu sporo sklepów, miejscówek z jedzeniem. Blisko Times Square, do teatru. Stacja metra minutę drogi od hotelu. Woda w holu z cytryną dla gości.

Cons:

Śniadania kontynentalne, ale było tylko na słodko. Jednego dnia była jajecznica z boczkiem, francuskie tosty. Zasłonka w łazience raz śmierdziała.

Pros:

Muy limpio tiene ascensor lo cual es muy cómodo con aire las camas estaban muy bien espacioso.

Cons:

Lo único que criticaría es que decía que el parking iba a salir alredor de 50 y salió bastante más. Te hacen un descuento eso si es real. Es muy difícil parkear ahí por qué ponen plantas en la calle al menos los días que estuve

Muy buena la ubicación y muy cóm oda la cama

Cons:

En la oerte decía con desayuno, pero luego no me lo incluyeron. El equipo de aire acondicionado de la habitación suena a matraca vieja. La máquina de hielos está casi en la puerta y suena muy fuerte y como la puerta no es insonorizada, toda la noche escuché a cada huesped que sacaba hielo.

Cheerful staff & located centrally- perfect for walking to MSG & Times Square. Close to subway lines
Pros:

Location and proximity to subway lines and with access to main attractions was amazing.
Staff, in particular Jesus was very welcoming and lovely.
Fridge and microwave made bring home leftovers possible.
Keurig coffee available in the room was a bonus- thank you!

Cons:

The bathtub was not cleaned well following previous guests. Neither of us were blond and there were several blond hairs in the bath and area.
Toilet seat was peeling and needs replaced.

Cons:

The Hilton has these Hilton guarantee posters up everywhere saying they will go the extra mile to make your state great. That said when I asked for an extra pillow pillow, they said they couldn’t do that.

Also, they have this free breakfast, but the system they use requires you to sign a bill where they insist that you tip the staff that don’t do anything because it’s a self serve breakfast. Just pay your employees a living wage.

Lastly, the rooms aren’t soundproof and the windows are cheap thin glass not secured well and they don’t have any screens on them which is concerning when we were eight stories up, but the building goes to 30!

Da limpeza do quarto.

Cons:

O elevador fica sobrecarregado. Agurdando ate 20 minutos para chegar em nosso andar e conseguirmos entar. A água do chuveiro de difícil controle. Muito quente. Muito fria.
