Very affordable for 3 people, really accessible to cool neighbourhoods in Mtl. Staff were super helpful and friendly and available 24/7. The rooms were clean enough for what you pay for.
Didn't feel like the hotel room floors had been cleaned in a while - just bring your own slippers!
Staff were great and managed an early check in and holding of bag to allow me to explore
Location is good
The room is hot/cannot sleep due to Air conditioning is none or adequate ! Also Shampoo and conditioner and hand soap is adequate!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well organized, and the hotel is in an excellent location, less than a 5-minute walk from the subway station.
The air conditioning was turned off every night, and we had to call the front desk each time to have it turned back on.
