Frühstücksraum völlig überfüllt und so mega laut.
Pros:

Das einzig gute an diesem Hotel, ist die Lage. Ansonsten nicht wirklich weiterzuempfehlen. Massiv laut!!! Alles sehr finster. Pool unbenützbar, was dann im kleingedruckten irgendwo stand, aber uns dann auch nichts mehr gebracht hat. Am weg zum Fitnessraum ekelige Pfützen, haben es gemeldet, war jedem egal.

Cons:

Sehr schlecht isoliert, mega laut.
Wir haben schon in mehreren Stadthotels geschlafen, da wir sehr viel reisen und ich hatte auch Ohropax dabei. Nur sowas ist eine Frechheit, das ist nicht mehr normal. Die Rooftopbar ist genau daneben und der Bass und Musik ist als würdest du mittendrin sein. Es waren sehr viele Gäste nachts im Flur, und sie sagten mir alle das selbe, sie können nicht schlafen. Wir bekamen dann ein Zimmer im 2 Stock, wo es etwas besser war. Haben aber keinen Cent zurück bekommen, was eine Frechheit ist, weil wir ein deluxe Zimmer gebucht hatten. Es war mir dann schon egal, war nur froh aus diesem Zimmer und Hotel rauszusein. Auch von booking finde sollte das evtl. Mal überprüft werden.

Staff is very polite and helpful

Cons:

Room has no noise cancelling you can hear even steps happening outside , the room has a very bad cooling and sometimes was impossible to sleep . Overall the room was very far away from comfortable .

Perfetta soluzione per qualche giorno ad Istanbul

Posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi, vicino a Torre Galata e alla via centrale dei negozi e bar
Camera spaziosa e servita
Piscina comoda per concludere la giornata

Cons:

Non sono amante della colazione negli hotel in Turchia perché non mangio salato la mattina e i dolci locali non mi fanno impazzire, però sicuramente la colazione è molto molto ricca
A volte la sala colazione un po’ affollata
Le esperienze offerte dall’hotel hanno un costo più elevato rispetto a quello che si può trovare in giro
Per il resto tutto ottimo

Location perfect. Facilities need to get better.

Location is perfect. Reception staff is helpful.

Cons:

Shower in the bath has no screen and floor gets wet. Toilet seat gets wet. Toilet roll holder is next to shower and gets wet completely. Mens toilet on the ground floor lobby have broken seats. Towels very old & not very clean. Breakfast place too busy, food just ok. Very difficult to figure out room light switches.
