Une véritable catastrophe, je n’ai rien apprécié dans cet établissement, le seul point positif est qu’il est bien situé.
Pros:

Établissement catastrophique. À notre arrivée, la chambre était sans climatisation. Un ouvrier est passé et le personnel nous a indiqué qu’il fallait attendre le lendemain, car la climatisation n’était pas réparable, et qu’aucune autre chambre n’était disponible, alors qu’il faisait plus de 35 °C. Après avoir insisté, nous avons finalement obtenu deux chambres séparées avec climatisation, ce qui était déjà un peu plus supportable.
La propreté laisse également beaucoup à désirer : des biscuits traînaient par terre à côté du lit, les douches étaient très moyennes et on hésitait à regarder de trop près… Le réfrigérateur, quant à lui, ne refroidissait absolument rien.
Une véritable catastrophe, surtout avec trois enfants. Heureusement que nous n’y sommes restés que deux jours. Le seul point positif reste le monsieur qui s’occupait de transporter les bagages, qui était d’une grande gentillesse. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement et je n’y reviendrai jamais.

Cons:

La climatisation en panne à notre arrivée, la propreté insuffisante, l’état des douches et le réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Avec plus de 35 °C et trois enfants, cela a rendu le séjour très difficile

Perfect location

Pros:

We location and proximity to Galata Tower is great.

Cons:

The rooms are quite basic, a/c wasn't working properly, the breakfast wasn't to our taste, in general we were expecting more for this type of hotel.

Good location
Pros:

The location-very close to Istiklal avenue and plenty of restaurants and shops around.

Cons:

The jacuzzi in the room didn't have hot water..Room very small for an extra bed though i paid for 3..the hotel had a common hot tub but when i went it was empty n not functional:(

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, très bel hôtel et avec un très bon personnel. Le petit déjeuner reste à améliorer sinon rien à dire ! C’est un très très bon séjour !

Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Pera hat uns nicht enttäuscht.
Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit sehr guter Lage. Fußläufig zu allen wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
das Personal, vor allem der Portier Muhammet, waren steht's bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.
