Cons:

Power kept going which meant emergency lights wouldn’t turn off in our room. We had a room with a balcony and could hear everything from the street it was extremely loud

Seems like a trap...
Pros:

Perfect location. Easy access to major attractions and primary spots of the city. Good breakfast.

Cons:

This hotel has nothing to do with a 5-star hotel. The shower was damaged and faulty. There was not even a bar of soap in the room and the poor quality handwash liquid finished in only two days. The hotel is supposed to have an indoor pool but it opens at 8.30 in the morning and closes at 6 pm in the evening. No chance to have a morning dip before breakfast or an evening dip after a long and tiring day in the terrific giant city. The room has a fridge but this cannot be called a mini bar as it is empty. All in all I guess there is a misleading attitude to attract customers to a 5-star hotel with a reasonable price but the quality and the facilities of the hotel are far behind a 5-star level.

Bei der Ankunft bat ich um ein Glas Wasser - einer der Empfangsmitarbeiter hat sich darüber aufgeregt und seinen Kollegen mitgeteilt „das kostenloses Wasser“ abgeschafft werden wird. Sorry aber - bevor das ein Kunde so mitbekommt - erhöhe ich den Tagespreis um einen € und biete weiterhin ein Glas Wasser beim Check In ein. Armseelig! Ist in die Jahre gekommen und offensichtlich ist man an einer Modernisierung nicht interessiert.

Pros:

I like the staf hospitality, the breakfast was really good, staf took care of us even after the late booking that we had to do because the flight got cancel and i had to rebook for another night.
