HÔTEL À FUIR. Très déçus de notre séjour dans cet hôtel « 5 étoiles » :
- Meubles défoncés, armoire avec une seule porte
-Ampoule du couloir qui ne fonctionne pas correctement, nous avions demandé à la remplacer à notre premier jour mais rien n’a été effectué
-Le plancher grince énormément
- Lit très inconfortable
- Porte d’entrée de la chambre avec des espaces apparents, nous entendions donc tout ce qui se passait au niveau du hall de l’étage et bruit d’ascenseur
- Trace d’humidité dans la douche
- Passage des agents d’entretien inexistant, elles ne nettoient rien du tout, les meubles sont plein de poussière (photo à l’appui), oublient de remettre des gels douche…
- AUCUNE insonorisation (alors que nous avons booké une chambre censée être insonorisée)

La seule qualité de cet hôtel est son emplacement, qui nous a néanmoins porté préjudice lorsque nous tentions de dormir puisqu’un bar à proximité met la musique à fond jusqu’à 3h du matin. Le reste est à jeter.

Petite expérience de notre arrivée, après une journée de voyage, nous étions très fatigués, nous avons donc décidé de commander à manger sur le room service. En plus d’être complètement hors de prix, au moment de la livraison le réceptionniste et le livreur font en sorte de nous faire sortir du cash (nous n’avions que la carte sur nous) en nous menaçant de renvoyer la commande car la carte ne passait apparemment pas, une fois qu’ils ont compris que nous n’avions vraiment pas de cash, comme par magie le TPE refonctionnait ! Quelle manque de classe et d’honnêteté, c’est inadmissible.

Pros:

First of all staff was amazing in helping with any questions we had and nothing was a problem. From organising transfers to and from the airport and tours, Malak and Amal was so easy to deal as well as the guys on the front desk were all very helpful.

Cons:

Location was great, and the beds were comfortable. Pool was nice, breakfast was ok but not what we are use to.

Läger är superbra!

Cons:

Frukost är inte vad vi är vana vid. Vi fick först ett Deluxrum som hade bubbelbadkar och handfat bredvid sängen. Mycket märkligt att duscha när man står mitt i rummet utan något som helst duschdraperi. Boka inte detta! Inte ett 5 stjärnor hotell, jag skulle säga3,5 men 5 för läget. Så bra!

Pros:

Las camas eran increíblemente cómodas .
El desayuno que ofrecen está bien , bastante variable .

El servicio de habitaciones me decoró con toallas en forma de cisnes y colocaron encima de la cama unos globos que me habían regalado previamente mi familia por mi cumpleaños, por lo que cuando llegue a la habitación fue un detalle muy bonito

Cons:

La bañera tenía un lateral de mampara sin pared , pero si tenía la base , por lo que el agua se salía cuando nos duchábamos .

Un séjour parfait !

Hôtel très agréable, propre et bien situé. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

A terrible experience.
Pros:

The location was good, but unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the problems

Cons:

The noise was absolutely unbearable. It was so loud that getting a proper night’s sleep was impossible. The reception staff also refused to move me to a quieter room.
