Great location but bad hotel
Pros:

Two things I liked about this place. Location - it is amazing, best one, close to everything, walking distance from main attractions, surrounded by lots of restaurants, small shops, coffee shops. Second thing is that they provided an upgrade. I complained about bad in the first room, and they immediately reacted, and instead providing same quality of room, they gave us junior suite.

Cons:

Hotel is definitely due for upgrade and renovation. Furniture is very old, used, and poor quality. Dont understand logic behind rating it as 5-star hotel. Only two elevators, and very slow. Windows are not good, we felt cold, specially in the bathroom. Jacuzzi wasn't working. I needed to call reception and asked all the time for hand soap, vanity kit, iron, as it was not provided in the room. Curtains are dirty and washed-out. Overall it is overpriced for the quality and service they provide.

Great spot for your Istanbul stay.
Pros:

Wonderful location. Great staff. Facilities including roof top restaurant and bar and spa were excellent.

This is not a property deserving five stars.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine, seafood restaurant was very good. Staff were friendly enough. They responded quickly to expressed concern.

Cons:

The hotel is run down. The pool is basically a cold plunge. Wall paper needs replacement- it looks dirty. The bathroom needs the caulking replaced - black mold.

Bien situé avec personnel courtois nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de Nadime et Salma qui étaient admirables à l’écoute et était là pour toutes nos doléances le petit déjeuner très bon et varié

Juste souligner un désagrément et manque de respect de la part d’une personne qui s’appelle boutyna ? Qui s’est comporté de façon irrespectueuse pas de considération pour booking?

The only good thing was the location
Pros:

Prime location ideally located and situated to explore from.

Cons:

It’s extremely over priced for what you get. The hotel interior is outdated and worn, it most definitely requires an upgrade. In the room there is a constant mould smell and the hotel function on a central heating system which means you cant change/adapt/adjust temperature and there is not loose standing fan so you only have the heat option which makes the air extremely dry. Breakfast also a disappointment - food was cold.
