The building itself is really beautiful nice rooms and paintings, good breakfast and nice sauna, personal was really nice and helpful and actually showed us where to go to buy things for the right price, very satisfied.
Shower glass was too small and water was getting on the floor.
Location is good
Entrance and lobby has a good area and comfortable
Maintenance and cleaning very bad
Air condition always not working
Two lifts not sufficient
Reception not carrying the bags , believe me that first time as a family we shifted the bags to the room
Police at the lobby to resolve the issues between hotel owners !!

The hotel is a disaster. Not clean at all . The cleaning lady only clean the room if we give her money. Only because of some of the staff member especially Salma I didn’t check out after the first day. I also want to thank Nadeem and Ayşenur chef . I will never come back again.

- الغرفة سيئة ( الثلاجة بلا تبريد ، انقطاع الكهرباء ، السرير الكنج عبارة عن سريرين جوار بعض 😡 ، الفرشة ملطخه وقديمة ، ناهيك عن الرائحه )
- الحمام ( قديم ، أثار الصدأ موجوده ، أثار العفن موجود ، المرحاض قديم جداً متهالك )
- الممرات دائماً مظلم مع وجود لمبات الحساسات ولكن نصفها لا يعمل .
- التنظيف بشكل توزيع ، يجيك ماء ، يجيك شاي كافي سكر طبعاًً اكياس صغيرة ، كنس 🧹 وتغيير مناشفه ، وغالباً وانت موجود ، ازعاج بما تعنيه الكلمة
Die Lage ist wirklich Top sehr Zentral gelegen.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt garnicht, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung eher 2 sterne würdig.
Das Personal war sehr gut. Vor allem Saif und Selma waren sehr zuvorkommend haben unsere Forderungen stets erfüllt. Auch das Restaurant war sehr gut sowie das dessen Personal war sehr freundlich wie auch hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmertüren liessen sich nicht so einfach öffnen. Es gab oftmals das Problem das die Karte nicht funktionierte. Hier sehe ich verbesserungspotential.
Perfect location, right near ferry port and tram stops. Friendly staff, enjoyed our stay. Will be back.
