had hogere verwachtingen wat wel tegen viel, en daardoor geen fijn gevoel gaf om hier te verblijven

uitzicht en locatie was goed. kamer was ok maar voldoet niet aan een junior suite.
goed bereikbaar en personeel die vriendelijk was.

kamers waren heel warm, centrale verwarming die te hoog staat, veel schimmel in de badkamer,
deur aan binnenkant vies met vlekken.
hotel zit vol met Arabieren die geen manieren hebben (kleine kinderen die in de nacht nog schreeuwen in de gang.
Er brak midden in de nacht ruzie uit bij de receptie waar ze met bloempotten gingen gooien, volgende dag
begreep ik dat de eigenaren van het hotel ruzie met elkaar hadden. ik verblijf veel in hotels zowel duurdere als goedkopere
maar dit hotel is helaas zijn prijs niet waard, terwijl het door extra discipline en aandacht veel meer waard zou kunnen zijn.

Много чего понравилось! Очень удобное расположение: недалеко от основных достопримечательностей и городского транспорта.
Прекрасный и вежливый персонал!! Они корректны в обращении, соблюдают границы и ненавязчивы, но находятся в доступности, чтобы обратиться к ним. При заезде произошла небольшая путаница с кроватями: нужна была двуспальная, а заселили в номер с двумя раздельными. Но сразу же поменяли номер, когда мы попросили. Для второго нашего номера также организовали дополнительное пространство и белье. Быстро отвечают на сообщения. Белье и полотенца меняют каждый день.
Понравился классический турецкий стиль отеля - чувствуется атмосфера старинного Стамбула в нем.
Номер "с видом на Босфор" - действительно с видом на Босфор. Немного мешал кран на стройке рядом с отелем, но все равно вид колоритный.
Потрясающий ресторан наверху на 6-м этаже с прекрасным видом на Босфор и Галатскую башню.

Cons:

Нельзя сказать, что не понравилось, но хотелось бы, чтобы в бассейне была вода теплее, а номер "с видом на город", который мы брали для других членов нашей семьи, не упирался бы окном в стену, от которой в номере темно и душнее. Важно, чтобы указывалось в описании номеров, что они "с видом на стену", как указывается "с видом на атриум".
В отеле не грязно, как я встречала в других отзывах, просто он давно не обновлялся, сохранив в какой-то степени стиль и дух старинного и современного Стамбула)
Что-то периодически шумело в коридоре рано по утрам (до 8 часов, когда еще хочется спать на отдыхе). Думается, что сleaning, но не уверена.
