A five stars building with 3 stars facilties and room , dont expect too much clean and furniture, but SALMA the guest relation is doing her best to make 5 stars but the room and food needs alot of updates , the location is perfect

Super Lage und top Optik. Einfaches schnelle Check-In und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer sind sehr überschaubar. Komische Abwassergeräusche dauern in den Zimmern. Preis aber für das was es ist zu viel.

the room 218 is noisy they didnot clean the room there is problem in the bath
but they have excellent staff Salma is the moon of the hotel she help us a lot with Nadim

Awesome Stay with Exceptional Staff
Pros:

Had an awesome stay at the hotel. Everything was great and the highlight was the amazing support from the staff.
Special thanks to Saif, Murat and Nadeem for being so helpful, supportive and professional. They went out of the way to assist me, especially with arranging my late checkout, which was greatly appreciated.
Their kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Bon séjour mais très déçue par le standing et surtout le manque d’entretien de l’hôtel.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé, à proximité du tram(arrêt Sirkeci). Restaurants, pharmacie et boutiques dans la rue. Personnel à la réception sans plus neutre. À l’exception de Selma, une fille adorable. On l’a rencontrée le jour de notre départ. Quel dommage

Cons:

La propreté à revoir vraiment. Moquette tachée avec du rouge et sale, sofa sales qui méritent le passage d’une shampouineuse, prises électriques cassées avec fils qui traînent par terre. Le fameux jacuzzi est loin d’en être un, c’est plutôt une baignoire à remous mal entretenue et ancienne. Ne mérite pas les 5 étoiles (j’en mettrai 2) et ne vaut pas le prix payé
