Good services in the room and good breakfast. Especially thanks for Salma for her attentivness and great service as well as Anayat.
An extremely disappointing experience. We repeatedly complained about a loud and disturbing noise coming from the air conditioner, which made it impossible to sleep. A maintenance technician came but was unable to fix the issue. Despite our repeated requests, the staff refused to change our room and asked us to wait until morning for further inspection.
In addition, there was no privacy—staff opened our room door without prior notice while we were inside. This was my third stay at the hotel, and each visit has been worse than the last. Needless to say, this will be my final visit.
Location of the Hotel was brilliant. Within walking distance to all tourist attractions.
Saif & Betty were extremely helpful & co operative and went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable.
The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Everything was brilliant.

The Legacy Ottoman, has been disappointing and dismal.
The main issues:
1) the safe in our room failed and we waited 3 hours with repeated attempts to open. Finally, the hotel maintenance team drilled into the safe. Not having a replacement, we were offered a single bed room or an upgrade fee for a room with 2 beds. We agreed to the upgrade, as the dingy room without a safe for work computers is a non starter
2) the breakfast is mediocre, with some food served at dangerous temperatures
3) WiFi in room is flakey and poor bandwidth
I can go on but this tells the story.
Prior reviews pointed to many problems. This is not a 5 or even 4 star hotel.

Walking distance to major historical sites. Convenience to catch a tram or a ferry to go to another part of the city. Pool and sauna in the property to help kids unwind! Great breakfast with lots of fruits and vegetables. Friendly and accommodating stuff. Nadeem would greet us by the name and made us feel welcomed and cared for!
Lieliska un grezna viesnīca. Brokastis daudzveidīgas, viesnīcas numuriņi tīri un plaši. Tuvu apskates objektiem, tuvu sabiedriskais transports, lai nokļūtu jebkurā vietā. Mums bija vajadzīga medicīniska palīdzība. Viesnīcas darbinieks Anayat palīdzēja atrast tuvāko aptieku, kā arī atnāca līdzi, lai varētu nopirkt zāles. Anayat sniedza mums atbildes uz visiem mums interesējošajiem jautājumiem saistībā ar apskates objektiem un transportu, kā tur nokļūt! Paldies viņam!!!

I had a very pleasant stay at Legacy Ottoman Hotel. The hotel has a beautiful historic atmosphere combined with modern comfort. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and very convenient for exploring the city.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was very good. What truly made my stay special was the staff’s hospitality and professionalism.
I would especially like to thank Salma and Buthaina for their kindness and support throughout my stay. They were always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with anything needed. Their positive attitude and excellent service made a real difference and are truly appreciated.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
Sve je bilo savrseno i prvoklasno. Rado cemo se vratiti ponovo. Nadeem, ikram, salma and all staff su bili prvoklasni i pazili na nas. Bili su ljbazni i pazljivi

The location is great, close to a tram station and ferry, easy to walk to all the main attractions.
It’s listed as a five star hotel, but really not up to code for a five star hotel. The amenities were minimal, I don’t bring body lotion, never stayed in a five star hotel without one. But they don’t have it, also no bath robes to go to the spa. The curtains barely cover the windows, the rooms are really not soundproof. We informed them that we would arrive very late in the night, they gave away our family room away and gave us two rooms facing the inner courtyard. It was super hot in the room and super noisy from the corridor. They were apologetic about it but no gesture for this inconvenience until we asked to include the breakfast for free. Then one of the receptionists forgot to note down the second breakfast. Luckily Salma in the breakfast area helped us for the breakfast issue.

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und sollten renoviert werden , keine Toiletten Bürsten , etwas klein für Deluxe Zimmer . Mitarbeiter sind teilweise nett und hilfsbereit andere sollten besser einen anderen Job nachgehen
