Modern & stylish in tranquil setting
Pros:

We enjoyed a really lovely short break in Sligo recently with the excellent Castle Dargan as a base. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Everyone greeted us warmly and were attentive without being intrusive. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bedding and large bathroom, although the toilet bowl was situated very tight to a wall.
We enjoyed a tasty lunch overlooking the scenic golf course. Breakfast offered a good choice and again was top class.
We will definitely return to this gem of a hotel.

Short holiday
Pros:

The room was comfortable but a window was missing the catch so wasn’t secure and we had to go outside to shut it. The room was supposed to have a kitchenette but didn’t even have a fridge. Cooked breakfast was quite meagre and not hot. It was OK but I wouldn’t stay here again.
