Property location was great, stayed at this hotel as it was the venue for a party we were attending so for convenience with a 1 year old. Staff were lovely, very helpful, friendly and polite.
Some areas were tired. Our room was somewhat dusty and could have done with a deep clean. Had to call house keeping for toilet paper.
10 minutes from Harefield Hospital.
We stayed in an accessible room, which met our needs very well. Disabled parking by the front door.
We had dinner in one of the pods and ate from the Clay Oven menu. The food and atmosphere was very good. The service and attention to detail by Neha was excellent.
The toilet rolls. Cheap and flimsy.
We had intended using the pool but arrived too late to swim before the swimming lessons which continue until 6.30pm.
Hotel in a peaceful location and was well serviced in all except one (see below)
Not sure if it was the hotel or Booking.com.
The booking was for a colleague (Lady Professional Golfer) playing in 2 days golf competition and the hotel could:
Not finding booking for her (in my name)
They could not take payment from my booking
She had to pay (making it stressful)
The location was perfect for my needs. Room was extremely clean and a good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great to have use of a gym and a pool!
Not applicable!!!
The bed was very comfortable
The breakfast was awful.. myself and my mother paid for breakfast at 9.30 and ended up just having toast.. everything else looked dried up and horrible no clean mugs had to wait for them to be washed.. very very disappointed paid £25 for toast
Very nice staff, clean well kept hotel.
Location comes with drawbacks if you want shops
The room was fantastic and comfortable
Location
Didn’t,t feel like a four star property. No lifts. Shortage of staff. Choice of food. Basically, food choice extremely poor. No international cuisine but Indian cuisine.
breakfast was good, however I personally would have preferred more of a continental buffet.
I felt that some areas were quite tired and needed a deeper clean
room was nicely decorated and plenty of room for family
During our stay, there was an ongoing issue with the water pump, resulting in a complete lack of hot water. The shower was not working at all, which meant we were unable to shower in the evening and had to go to bed without access to basic facilities. The following morning, the same issue persisted, with no hot water and no working shower. Although an alternative room was eventually arranged to allow us access to a shower, only one family member was able to use it due to time constraints, after which we had to check out. This situation was quite inconvenient and disappointing.
In addition, we were dissatisfied with the breakfast service. Although we had paid for breakfast, the quality and organisation fell short. The cooked eggs (both scrambled and fried) were overcooked and rubbery. Items were spread across the room in a disorganised manner, with yoghurt at one end and seeds and granola placed at the opposite end. The baked beans appeared to have been kept on constant heat, resulting in them sticking to the pan and becoming burnt. The croissants were also stale. Unfortunately, this meant we were unable to enjoy a proper breakfast despite having paid for it.
We appreciate the staff’s effort in eventually arranging access to a shower; however, overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly given the expectations associated with our booking. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve facilities and service for future guests.
Shower didnt work at busy times for example 8:00am
Unfortunately the breakfast wasn't great.
Everything else was very good
Location was wonderful. Set in woodland and landscaped. This hotel suited us perfectly the quiet setting but close to Uxbridge and access to London
As above a perfect setting
