its ok. but matters how you have to pay for it
Pros:

Very good room, mattress and linen are perfect.

Cons:

Everything out of the room is ran down. But i would say it's very common for this type of hotel in UK. It's popular for events and there are no high expectations here. Swimming pool was ok, kids swimming classes are held there on the most. Gym is not equipped well. I just need a bench to press. They didn't have it, though it's basic equipment. The most upsetting was an argument of staff during breakfast over younger staff member was not showing any signs of hospitality standards. also he turned off the coffee machine just once the time of breakfast was over and was very informative about what is another location to finish a hot drink.

Pros:

Hotel was clean. Very good localisation. Problem was I book premium room with one double bed. Including breakfast. In room what we get we had 2 separate beds. Not what I book it. Mattress was uncomfortable. Room very clean no doubt. Not what I book it. We left early..

Good hotel at a reasonable rate.
Pros:

Plenty of free parking. Good sized room. Very clean throughout the hotel.

Cons:

Double bed not as comfortable as we would like (very firm mattress).

Did not like how outdated and small the rooms were . Very dark and also no AC just a small fan . Uncomfortable beds

. Great location, lovely quiet hotel with good leisure facilities, and super friendly staff
Pros:

WE really like this hotel. The family room is brilliant for us, and the staff are super attentive and friendly, especially the reception team.

Cons:

Nothing. Only our shower in room 4 was still very hot and temperamental

Pros:

Cons:

Felt grubby, dust along edges of carpet, corridor carpets and walls need deep clean. Pillows foam.
