Pros:

Facilities excellent, food excellent, staff all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, it’s a bit off the beaten track but well worth the stay and great value for the money.

It’s lovely hotel. I would stay there again, but have breakfast elsewhere.
Pros:

Lovely location. Room was massive( junior suite) with huge bathroom. Private entrance to garden. Nice decor.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor for 4 star hotel. I have had better in Premier Inn. Really let hotel down. Juice served in paper cups. Paper cups for coffee. Eggs were cold and really poor selection of breakfast items. Cold meat looked uninviting.

Cosy delicious food with lovely staff
Pros:

The Indian food was the best I’ve ever had! You can tell they’ve been doing it a long time I’d come back just for the food!

London trip.
Pros:

Went with Alpha coaches, Richard the driver excellent. The staff in hotel were well trained, friendly and helpful. Food was good, good menu and hot, room was spacious and clean. Lounges comfortable with beer at £7 , what we expected to pay. Did not try the pool or Padel court, although they looked very well supported.

Absolutely shit
Pros:

Checking out never would stop ever again or recommend to anyone

Cons:

Looked nothing like the photos, room was smaller than a shoe box, got no peace and quiet due to having a prom at a hotel never heard of that in my life, along with we tried to book breakfast and they made out you had 20 different teams of people to just try book breakfast
