Great location and excellent facilities!
Pros:

The gym, pool, and sauna facilities are excellent, and its location just off the M25 is perfect if you're heading to Heathrow.

Cons:

The bedroom walls are thin. I could hear my neighbour plugging and unplugging their phone like they were in the same room as me.

Good value for money option.
Pros:

Had dinner and drinks at the hotel, they were enjoyable, thought £7 for an IPA was a little steep.
The room was a standard size for one person had a nice size bathroom, tea and coffee making facitlites, a fan (which was essential as it was a hot night), the tv and wifi worked well.
Check in/check out was easy.
Pool and sauna were a bonus after a long drive.

Cons:

Nothing that comes to mind.

Shame about the scaffolding outside the window with no warning from staff , and kids playing outside under scaffolding at 1am think there had been a party or wedding reception

The bed was comfortable and staff were lovely

Building is run down and needs a bit of a clean up. My room wasn’t serviced and the menu needs a revamp!

The gardens .

Cons:

The room was very dark, with very little natural light . Outside the small window was scaffolding. It was on the 1st floor . I had heavy bags. THERE WAS NO LIFT. The bathroom door did not open fully because there was no room for it to swing open. The desk was so small there wasn't even any room for my laptop. I paid £170.00 for one night. Hopeless. The restaurant serves nothing but Indian food.

Pros:

Nice secluded area, very peaceful. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Fast food apps delivered to the location so you weren't locked in to the restaurant being the only available option.

Cons:

The fan did not seem to work in the bathroom. Beds were big but not overly comfortable for the other guests but I slept fine.
