Beautiful hotel but noisy at night :(
Pros:

Staying here for a holiday right now and have 1 night left. Although this hotel is in an idyllic setting with friendly staff - if you want a good night's sleep do not book a room with a balcony. The dining pods and beer garden are directly below the rooms outside. Our first night we were up till 1am because a big group of people were drinking and partying outside. Tonight it's 10pm and we have a dining pod directly below our room who are all shouting , singing and playing music. Absolutely gutted because this hotel is beautiful and clean but the noise is awful at night. We would love to have the balcony door open for some fresh air as there is a heatwave here but we can't because of the noise. Told reception but nothing has been done. Staff are so friendly but I'm so disappointed with this experience.

Enjoyed our stay but can be improved
Pros:

Came here as part of a bus tour. Good location, staff very friendly and helpful, particularly Georgia in the restaurant. We were in room 12, very spacious and luxurious at first glance but there are ants in the room, hasn't bothered us but I know other guests have complained and spraying hasn't got rid of them. Notice on window sill to say don't close curtains but blinds are not black out so day light all night during summer months which isn't conducive to a good night's sleep. Food good but runs out of dishes pretty quickly. As for the cleaning, apparently you have to ask for your towels to be replaced or the bin to be emptied so no one goes into your room unless you request them to. Over all a very good experience but I think the hotel needs more staff in all areas.

The hotel was used for location convenience
Pros:

The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The hot breakfast buffet wasn't very hot. The very grubby carpet wasn't pleasant for an eating experience. Crawling on the floor to open and close the safe was tedious. The room was dark due to trees and scaffolding. The hotel felt a bit tired.

Would visit again for the peace and quiet only!!!!
Pros:

It’s clean and well maintained.

Cons:

We requested for a large bed, and they gave us a room with 2 twin beds joined. The beds kept slipping apart every time. Which made us very uncomfortable. Secondly they should provide at least 2 fans in the room given the heat, when we entered the room it was very hot.

Unacceptable Room Conditions and Ignored Refund Promise
Pros:

Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to several serious issues with our room. The Executive Family Room had a noticeable damp smell, and we found the carpets were damp throughout. There was also a leaking air conditioning unit which had left part of the carpet soaking wet. Additionally, the room had no hot water.
When we reported these issues, reception advised that the hotel was fully booked and unable to offer an alternative room or a solution that evening. As a result, we chose to move to another hotel after only two hours.
While the hotel initially agreed to issue a full refund, communication stopped shortly afterwards and I ultimately had to recover the cost through my credit card provider. I also contacted the manager directly but received no response.
It is disappointing because we chose this hotel due to its positive reputation. Sadly, our experience fell far below expectations.

Absolutely amazing stay enjoyed the facilities
Pros:

First and foremost Kashish and Stella…. Lovely ladies…absolutely superb customer service and lastly the lady at the bar…. Can’t remember her name - maybe Alisha… anyways Great…..

Cons:

The only downfall was when we upgraded our room to deluxe I think just the amount of cobwebs on the balcony we were swamped….

Good but disappointed with the manager
Pros:

The staff were helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable excellent disabled bathroom facilities.
Breakfast was very good
A good night stop off for early Harefield Hospital appointment.

Cons:

A very fancy hanging light fell off leaving live wires exposed. My wife had a shock from it.
Had i touched it being a end stage heart failure patient with two heart device implants it would have killed me.
We reported the issue in the morning when leaving the lady on reception was very apologetic and assured me the hotel manager will call me. Unfortunately we received no phone call.

A shame.
Pros:

A lovely hotel, close to Denham airport and Harefield hospital.
Plentiful free parking, the staff were friendly, the room was spacious and the aircon very welcome this summer!

Cons:

It was filthy!
The whole place needs a deep clean.
The carpet in the breakfast area was disgusting.
Often these lovely hotels have one or two aspects that they fall down on and this hotel is its cleanliness.
No big deal, clean it and you have a great hotel.

I would stay again
Pros:

Staff very friendly. Stella was very helpful and met my needs. I wouldn’t have stayed here without Stella’s help.

Cons:

No air con throughout the hotel on extremely hot days.
The swimming teacher was extremely rude which was uncalled for.

Great location for Wembley
