Location was good along with the grounds
Breakfast was chaos with no clean high chair and lack of staff members to help.
The staff were friendly and whenever we addressed issues they were very happy to help and very uncomplaining about it. Professional and kind.
Breakfast had some decent options.
Building and surrounding is lovely and room decor is nice.
The place was unclean which was the most off-putting thing. Restaurant/bar and lounge have carpet in and things don't seem to be cleaned regularly, toilets next to lounge were filthy and flush didn't appear to work, there was no soap, hallways weren't terribly clean. Fortunately the bedroom wasn't too bad. Water didn't drain properly from shower and sink in our room however. Didn't feel the most family friendly place- we had booked with a request for a travel cot for our 1 year old, reception confirmed this was attached to our booking so the cot should be in the room but upon checking there was a made up portable single bed. We had been allocated a room upstairs and despite having a stroller and two huge luggages (we stopped here on route home from holiday), we weren't informed there was no lift, only a big staircase to get to the room. I returned to reception to ask about an accessible room which they advised they have none available. They did send a member of staff to help us up the stairs. It's was about 2 hours after requesting a travel cot rather than single bed for our son, it was passed his bed time and no one had came. I went down, spoke to another member of staff who then got it for us. We were also there during a heat wave, which likely didn't help our experience, with no air con; provided a small table fan but was uncomfortable time to be there. I imagine it's nicer in the winter than summer as the place was very hot and not comfortable for warm weather. Breakfast had some variety but wasn't the best and the coffee was horrible (if you are a tea drinker I'd opt for tea) It's not somewhere we plan to return to. We didn't feel it was a good fit for us. Nice decor and nice staff but the rest was disappointing.
Location and overall looks very nice god size family bedroom
We have flying ants in our bathroom, we had a leaking A/C unit, we had breakfast booked but had to go and reconfirm at reception, just lots of inconveniences, changing area for swimming pool was really small
Stella and the young blonde girl were very accommodating, oh yes and the new Jamaican lady too.
Nothing really it was all good
We were attending a gig at Wembley so this was close to Denham train station to travel to the show. Staff were professional and friendly. Room was clean.
The restaurant was quite dated and looked like it needed a lot of TLC. Breakfast was pleasant but I did have to ask for food to be replenished even though there wasnt many customers. While the room was clean and modern there was no air conditioning which was very much needed when it was 30c outside
the main issue was the lack of aircon
no AC
Some staff were friendly, albeit unhelpful due to language barrier.
Indian menu was good.
Cleanliness, facilities, noise, layout, loud doors, rooms with broken fixtures, no ac inspite this being on website, key cards that needed to be reissued daily due to becoming inactive even when one of the cards were left inside the room on the table, poor wifi, dirty dishes cups and empty bottles left in corridors, causing odours, specially in 32 degrees heat, bedroom window that did not stay open. Empty glasses and bottles left for days on the floor on the outside area with smashed glass under the trees.
Breakfast was absolutely poor. No variety, no alternative for dairy, chipped mugs and dirty dishes.
I tried to rearrange my stay with booking.com 3 times and they contacted the hotel several
Times to rearrange with several different available dates. They said speak
To booking.com and booking.com
Said speak to hotel. Hotel said they never had any contact and I was marked as a no show. Extremely poor service
Very clean , quiet and had everything we needed.
There was no air conditioning and no fans provided and it was like an oven in the room. The current heat wave made the room temperature unbearable
Firstly Stella on the front desk was not only lovely & welcoming but she was also hysterical and made us laugh lots, secondly, Alysha in the Bar was just amazing , she makes the best Margaritas (& has the most awesome lipstick too) then I have to mention George who was so very friendly & helpful, oh and had a teddy in his pocket at Breakfast…..and lastly Anna, I hope your bar training goes well and yes, we’ll design a tray for you that can knock doors too!! Rooms were lovely, breakfast was hearty, pool was refreshing and grounds are amazing …..but the staff really did make our stay perfection!
Nothing!
It was the perfect break we needed!
Thank you all 🙏🏻
I chose the junior suite for the ac and bath. It exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was good and the staff in there were attentive and helpful. It’s a minor point, but I asked for more free bottled water at reception as it wasn’t replenished along with the other room amenities. They didn’t seem to understand my request and sent me to the bar, where they wanted to charge me. Better to deal with issues yourself rather than pass the buck to the guest.
Private connecting doors between the rooms was excellent for the kids
No air con in hotel bedrooms was a surprise for a modern hotel
Breakfast was a car crash.
