The meal, salmon & chips was tasty

Great facilities and room, and very clean.
Only negative is having to wait over an hour and a half for food to arrive with children. Waiting staff were sporadic and didn’t seem to have a clear system for ordering food and serving tables. When food finally arrived, there was no offer of free drinks or discount on food for our inconvenience.

I have limited mobility and my bedroom was an accessible room which was very comfortable.
All the staff were very kind and helpful especially the dining room staff. I would like to thank them for helping me at mealtimes to carry my plate to my table.

This was our third time staying at Denham Grove. It’s our go to hotel whenever we’re heading to Wembley for football. The location is spot on - easy access to Wembley, great links around London and free parking too.

The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are comfy, the bar/restaurant has a relaxed vibe with nice food and an outside patio area. There is also a swimming pool and gym area.

The staff honestly make the stay though. Everyone is so friendly and attentive, but a few people really stood out;

• Stella on reception - absolutely brilliant. She couldn’t do enough for us, sorted taxis, helped with anything we needed and was just genuinely warm and welcoming.

• Aiysha in the bar/restaurant - super friendly and personable. She really looked after us.

• Surendra chef at breakfast - made freshly cooked pancakes for all the children, which they all loved.

Overall, another fantastic stay. We’ll definitely be back again.

Spacious and the bathroom was nice

The hotel was so relaxed, lovely setting and the staff just couldn't do enough for us all. The kids had a ball as well, the outside space was fantastic for the kids to play and explore and pool a bonus. The fact you could use the pool at anytime was brilliant and added to the overall experience being relaxed. Also the food in the evening was lovely and the breakfast also very good indeed. Overall, we loved our stay.

A massive thank you to Katie Nash (events organiser)!!! I helped my (soon to be) brother-in-law plan a proposal at Denham Grove for my sister. From the very start of this experience through all the way to the end, Katie has helped us every step of the way and helped to create such a magical and special moment for my sister! Katie organised from the hiring of the bandstand down to a room upgrade (free of charge!). She has been such an incredible help and represents the best customer service experience i have ever had. Thank you Katie!! She is an asset to this hotel and i hope she is truly valued! Thank you so much Katie, and for replying to my relentless emails! xx

Also another thank you to the incredible reception and bar/restaurant staff who continuously asked if they could help with anything on the day, and ensured the day ran smoothly!

This was a disappointing experience. The lady behind the bar was sullen, sulky and disinterested. I asked if I could have just a few chips and more salad. Her reaction was quite irritated. Plus the request was completely ignored. She really didn’t want to be there and seemed to view customers as an inconvenience. The food was mediocre. Steak was medium - not medium rare as requested and poor quality and peppercorn sauce had an unpleasant skin on top. Once food was placed, no one came over to ask how food was or to clear the plate away. I was there for a while as I had reading to do. When you’re paying 30 quid for a steak and nearly a tenner for a drink, you expect decent, courteous service. Completely lacking and I definitely wouldn’t come here again.

Lovely hotel, set in beautiful grounds, good modern rooms, great pool and fitness suite, good selection of drinks from the bar, very well run kitchen with a good selection of food choices, lots for kids to do and explore. Couldn’t fault the hotel staff, who were welcoming and helpful, especially Stella who was just lovely. 100% would go back

Fabulous experience the staff could not do for more you, amazing and the food and facilities were great. Special shout out to Stella on reception x would highly recommend .
