The sauna, jacuzzi, and exclusive lounge are available in the spa facilities.

After the natural hot spring spa, alcohol, soft drinks and ice lollies are served free of charge in the dedicated lounge. Alcoholic beverages are subject to certain restrictions.

Pros:

快適な空間でした！桜もまだ残っていてよかったです。美術館近いですね。予定時間よりも早く着いても感じよく応対してもらいました。お風呂が混む予定と聞いて早めに入ったらすいていてよかったです。マッサージ機はご利用どうぞご自由にと書いてあったと思ったのですが、お風呂のフロントに利用を伝えたほうが良いのですね。スープ美味しかったです。お風呂にはいるときにサウナパンツを見つけられなくて残念しましたが次はサウナにもはいってみたいです。いつになるかしら？

旅行会社の添付の地図の歩く道筋が昔の地図にもある道のままでそれを見せて場所を自衛官に聞いたからかしら？ずいぶん遠回りして着きました。🍅昔から大阪に住んでいた家の人扱いかもしれません。とにもかくにも見事午後3時無事justチェックインに成功しました。これって良かった点かもしれません。
いったいこのホテルは何階建て？エレベーターに乗って22Fを押すと「その階には止まりません」と2回目から毎回言われましたが1回フロント階に降りただけであとはとにかく目的階には普通に行けました。面白い体験の方に属するかもしれません。(どうして25F建てじゃなくなったの？)
荷物預かってもらわなくて済んで残念！エレベーターの使用回数減らすのを目指してます。ぐらいかな？
せっかくとった写真が心霊状態(ピンボケ写真)でとっても残念でした！ちなみにバスルームはトイレしか使用していません。

Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

This property was so nice. We had the 2 triplet rooms for our family of 6. They had all amenities, water, slippers, and even pajamas for us. I did not take advantage of the onsen but will plan on it next time!

It was right off the train station through a covered bridge, so it was very convenient. We were coming from Kyoto so taking the train was easy.

The 7-11 was around the corner. I think this was in a business center so we had to take the train to the busy Osaka central area for shopping.

Cons:

It was kind of far away from rom the central shopping area but that’s okay, it was right next to a train station.

Pros:

Staff is very helpful and english level proficiency is good. Hotel locaiton is good as closer to JR and metro stations. Close the osaka castle park for cherry blossom viewing.

Cons:

Hygiene can be improved as the curtain and windows are dirty

加齢により足元がおぼつかない自分に些か戸惑う宿泊となりました。
Pros:

鉄道駅と大阪城に近いという立地条件が素晴らしい。
宿泊した時期は大阪城の桜が満開となり、すばらいとしか言いようがありません。
朝食のバイキングは質が良く、どれも良く吟味された食材と調理で大変満足できました。

Cons:

部屋はツインですが机や椅子は一人分のスペースしかなく、夫婦２人で使うにはやや狭く感じました。
ベッドの高さは背の高い欧米人規格なのか、足が悪いとベットへの昇り降りが結構負担と感じました。
ベットの処理なのかスタイルなのか分かりませんが、シーツの裾が何度も足に絡まり、一度転んでしまいました。幸いベットの上に転がったので怪我はなかったのですが、年を取って歩く力が弱くなった私は冷や汗をかきました。室内を歩くことに緊張を強いられたのは初めてです。
