The sauna, jacuzzi, and exclusive lounge are available in the spa facilities.

After the natural hot spring spa, alcohol, soft drinks and ice lollies are served free of charge in the dedicated lounge. Alcoholic beverages are subject to certain restrictions.

- 12:00–22:30 (last admission at 22:00)

The service from the staff made the stay excellent!
Pros:

Amazing helpful staff members. Convenient Family Mart convenience store on the first floor. Nice larger rooms where I can actually open the suitcase.

Cons:

The night light next to the bed kept going out. But the staff were excellent not only fixing the light ( two times), but offering to change rooms.

食事がよくて、清潔だったので普通。
Pros:

朝食とずいえん亭の夕食が非常においしかった。駅まで屋根があるという立地は最高です。雨だったので特にそう感じました。お掃除も行き届いていて快適でした。
朝食時のスタッフはとてもよく気が付いて、こちらが声をかけなくても先に声をかけてくれ助けてくれた。
２４時間営業のコンビニがあるのはよかった。

Cons:

施設・設備についてわかりにくいことがあり、困った。部屋が狭い。ツインのはずが２台のベッドをくっつけてもベッドサイドを横歩きしなくてはならない。入口から浴室までが長く、帰りに迷う。（帰りに扉にフロントと書いてあり、職員しか入ってはいけないのかと思った）
フロントの飲み物が空でいただくことができなかった。

Pros:

お部屋がグレードアップして頂き、上の階で見晴らしが良く親が体力のない中チェックアウトまでお部屋で快適にすごました。
