Pros:

Good breakfast, apart from Mondays breakfast where we was told there was no food on to help ourselves we was served by a waitress, bacon tasted and looked like it had been recooked was hard an not nice. swimming pool was good the cleaner could do with smiling looked grumpy all the time. Bar area was nice.

Cons:

Our room was small, bathroom very small not a lot of shelving, no hooks to hang yr clothes on or towels. The shower was very small could hardly move around and the shower door kept opening wouldn't close properly.

Very good
Pros:

i stayed overnight for the Porsche region r29 Christmas lunch in the towers.
And enjoyed a walk in the morning round the lake.
The room was good with a comfortable bed and table. The toilet and basin could be improved with a small shelf or hook to hang a toilet bag.

Ok for a one night business trip
Pros:

Staff are friendly, breakfast has a good selection , there is the gym and pool if you want to use them

Cons:

Some of the standard double rooms are getting a bit tired room 62 this time carpet was bare in places by the door bathroom towel rail didn’t heat up, the tv is on the desk to the side of the bed so not always very easy to view.

Lovely for a nice ght or two
Pros:

Bed was comfy. Food was great. Venue is lovely and staff were helpful.

Cons:

Drink options at the bar were limited. Lighting in the room wasn't enough. Long walk/maze to find our room.

Fantastic and relaxing

Pleasant stay, great breakfast but tired rooms.
Pros:

Beautiful grounds and convenient location. Ample parking, friendly staff and I was particularly impressed by the breakfast. Great for allergies, separate gluten free area with a dedicated toaster and cereal choices, milk alternatives, and an allergy board clearly displayed at the buffet. Very reassuring for anybody with dietary requirements 😊

Cons:

The room and bathrooms was a little tired. Ventilation didn’t work in the bathroom so it got very steamy. Lighting was poor in the room with limited natural light too, so getting ready to go out was a challenge! Would benefit from a good deep clean and freshen up.

Lovely estate, beautiful countryside. Big, friendly lobby . Lots of amenities for guests.

Cons:

Majority of the hotel is just the same as a budget hotel. The pictures of the building are very likely to not be where you are actually staying. Very expensive for what you actually receive. Room smelled like damp. Shower was so badly limescaled up that you could either have a single very strong jet or a mist. Fan in bathroom doesn’t work which explained the damp smell. Bedding was stained. Overall very poor.
