Originally booked a standard room which was very small so upgraded to a superior which was so much better & more roomy

A fridge would have been very useful , bottled, complimentary water not available in rooms on arrival -although I do know there was a drinks dispenser downstairs in the lobby.

Het was smoezelig, niet schoon zoals de voegen in de badkamer, oude vloer bedekking. Veel ongedierte in de slaapkamer en ontzettend warm in de kamer geen airco of dergelijk. Kan niet veel foto’s toevoegen helaas.
The staff make a hotel and everyone of them was a credit to their profession... The hotel rooms... grounds... facilities and food was all 10/10

Breakfast was very good, met our expectations with an excellent choice of both hot and cold, sweet and savoury offerings. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff that we came into contact with were all very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for our needs and its setting was beyond our expectations.
Car parking was a challenge due to a function going on, this meant getting our luggage and from the hotel quite taxing.

Staff nice, beds comfortable, breakfast selection exceptional, fresh and tasty.
Breakfast staff were friendly but shouting room numbers out rather than just looking at room card which should be standard hotel etiquette. The receptionists followed this when checking in so breakfast should have been the same. Receptionists also friendly but minimal info given on check in about facilities, times etc. There is a QR code on bedroom mirror with all this info on which was helpful but wasn't directed to this. Rooms are comfortable but in desperate need of painting due to scuffs and marks. Had to wait well over 5 minutes to be let in at the car park gate also after intercom was repeatedly not acknowledged. Fridge in bedroom had mould in.
Used to be one of the best hotels amongst DeVere, seems it's slightly gone down hill. Overall pleasant and fit for purpose but not worth the cost in my opinion. Maybe would be a different opinion if in the tower side of the hotel.
Great hotel! great deal for the 3 night stay. Excellent breakfast with a very good choice.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the lady at breakfast think her name was Maria very friendly to every guest who entered the dining room. You could tell she loved her job!
Great location to lots of attractions. We had a couple of meals in the restaurant in the evening and a bar meal all very nice and reasonable prices.
The swimming pool was very nice and a great factor in our stay using it frequently. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Small changing room at the pool. But apart from that the facilities were very good. Could do with a few more staff on the evening shift at dinnertime we had a hour wait for our tea! They were doing their best with looked like only one chef and one waitress. And the lady at the door. They were very busy but never got flustered.
