Pros:

The staff was so kind! My kids had a great time at the pool, and the room was very comfortable. We were able to walk to get food which was a great help.

Cons:

Only minor thing is that I think the lobby was a bit over air conditioned.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable, a bulb went out and they were up replacing it right away.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was runny scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage and potatoes. The plates were not clean and have a gross film on them which indicates they aren't being scrubbed or whatever sanitizing steam system they have needs a cleaning.

Fantastic place to stay with a family. It's about a 15 minute drive from here to Hershey Park.
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. They always had a smile and kind word for us. The breakfast was quite good. You never know what to expect with hotel provided breakfast, so this was a pleasant surprise. The hotel and rooms are very clean.

Cons:

My only complaint is the pillows. They were very flat and didn't provide any support, so I woke up with a headache.

It was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast is expensive. Almost $8 for cold cereal and $15 for hot food (per person). It was cheaper to go to the diner and get a big breakfast.

Clean updated elegance professional

Cons:

Thank you for coffee… was disappointed about no flavored creamer like most hotels…especially higher end. Should have offered at least a small to go breakfast treats, ex: pastry, egg bites fruit??… Then I. Addition pay to stay and eat.
