The good with the bad even with the HILTONS!
Pros:

The room was very nice and big. I didn't feel crowded or anything of that nature. The staff was wonderful especially the restaurant staff.

Cons:

Although the food we did get was great, it wasn't what I would have expected for this hotel. Very minimum options. That OJ needs to be changed. It is so generic. The blind in our room would not go up which was pretty disappointing. I enjoy/prefer natural lighting. I reach out to staff however maintenance wasn't able to fix it. He did reach out to front desk to see if we could get moved to a different room and we were told no.

Thanksgiving in Harrisburg
Pros:

As a Hilton Honors member, I chose this hotel for my stay, and it did not disappoint. The room was great; I got work done and out of the way in a nicely quiet corner room and the front desk guy was very friendly. The only 2 issues I had was that the **continental breakfast wasn’t included** in the price of my stay and I while I was parked directly in the back last night by the Pool entrance I was trying to use my digital entry key on the mobile app it didn’t work, so I called the front desk and spoke with Ellen who told me she would call maintenance to open the door, Standing outside in the Brisk of Cold I called back 3 minutes later to ask to get in and Ellen told me to walk around to the front. To be so insensitive and non-understanding that it was very very cold out last evening I waited for some older gentleman to open the door. I showed him my phone, so that it only kept opening the Pool Door. He attempted to use his Key Fob and realized the keypad wasn’t working. He shut the door and went inside using another entrance that I wasn’t able to use to open the door again for me to get into the Hotel. This leaves me standing outside longer in the cold. To Ellen have some Compassion and Empathy, if someone is calling for help, it wouldn’t take more than 2 minutes to leave the desk to open the door especially knowing the temperature outside was very cold. This was unacceptable. but it all worked out in the end I gained entry. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!
