Seaside Resort

When we first pulled in we were wondering about the property since the check in/lobby area was actually inside the parking ramp and not as big as we have been used to at other properties. Our perception quickly changed with a very helpful and friendly staff member. The property is definitely in a quiet area and little noise is heard from others staying there. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, offering daily linens and removal of garbage. The room we stayed in was amazing. Large bedrooms, clean all around. The pool area was kept very clean daily. The hallway carpets could use a good cleaning. Parking was tight but manageable. We drove a Durango and parked in the garage most days without issues. There is a lot just across the street and does provide some shade.

The site does not provide an onsite restaurant which we did miss. They do offer breakfast but we did not take advantage of this. Overall we were very happy with the facility and the area.

This was a family spring break vacation. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their me time. This condo was very nice. I just wanted to sit and enjoy the view all day

Super nasty place. If I could give zero stars I would! Staff seemed unbothered when we told them how dirty it was. Master shower didn’t turn on. Hairs everywhere in the bathroom. (Dark ones and we are all blonde) We informed them we had a cockroach and they just smiled and said, “Have a nice day!” We paid a lot for the “off” season when not even breakfast was included. We had to tell them the pool wasn’t even open when it was supposed to be.

The room was better than we anticipated. Staff was kind and let us check in early since our room was ready for us. The parking garage is so tight, very scary. Also, most of our stay, one of the 2 elevators was not working, which means we had to wait for excess of 20 mins. At times to get up and down. Other than that, very satisfied with the stay. It seemed that the housekeeping were willing to grab dirty towels out of the rooms, but not as willing to leave clean towels. On our last night, we ended up drying off after showering with hand towels. Would stay again, though! Very good location, perfect for kiddos.

Room was very clean. Appliances all worked. Room was well equipped and supplied. Jetted tub was nice.

Both spa pools were disappointing. Both only have a top ring of jets. None of the jets worked on the outside spa. Only half of the jets worked on the inside spa. Several Lazy river inner tubes were deflated and few were adult size.

Great staff . Very nice clean and updated rooms . Convenient parking. instant beach access. Pools are nice clean and family friendly. Hot tubs are larger and very nice. Overall great place to stay

The check in process takes WAY too long! In todays world, no one wants to drive for 3-1/2 hours and have to stand at a desk for a prepaid trip. In order to get a parking pass, I was told I would need to go all the way back out to my vehicle to take a picture of my tag…. Ok, in order to have a parking pass, wouldn’t someone have to give me one? Why the need to have my license tag information, in general?
Overall, it was a nice stay for what it was; a place to sleep, but I won’t be returning here.

Seaside was an extremely clean resort that needs some updating. The room was spotless upon arrival; however, the decor and carpeting was very old and worn with a very musty smell. Overall, the resort was affordable and we had a great time! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property, but next time I would try a more modern resort/condo.

The room was great. I booked the 2 queen bed/partial ocean view room and it was more than I was expecting. The beds were in a separate bedroom and there was a living room/dining area, full kitchenette and even a washer and dryer. The room was very clean when we arrived and the stay was pleasant. I really liked that there was free beach chairs in our room available to use. Over all it was an excellent stay. The only downside is there was not much within walking distance like restaurants or shops, but it is a close drive to many Restaurants/attractions.
