Restful, clean, safe, beautiful stay in Santa Barbara at the Eagle Inn
Pros:

Check-in was quick, easy and friendly. Greeted with fresh cookies, taffy, water and coffee. Our room was ready right away.

Perfect spot to visit SB. Beautiful, warm, and inviting. Staff was wonderful and it was close to all the fun.

The Eagle Inn provides a soaring experience!
Pros:

We met our daughter in Santa Barbara to celebrate her birthday. Our stay at The Eagle Inn was wonderful. I loved the Spanish influence, the meticulously clean rooms, the friendliness of the staff and, of course, the delicious breakfast! The restaurants are within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the evenings, sitting out on the patio, while enjoying the warm and serene nights. I highly recommend The Eagle Inn!

Way beyond the call of duty, and a great location!
Pros:

The location is excellent, providing easy walks to many sights and restaurants along the Santa Barbara coast. The full breakfast is a plus, and its entree is changed daily. But the best part of our stay was meeting Peter, the afternoon receptionist, who is studying Latin and Ancient Greek. He's smart, sociable, and fun to talk with. He was also very thoughtful, and lit our outside fire pit every night, even finding my lost sunglasses on the last day!
