Great staff and location if you need accommodation near the airport for a relaxing stay
Pros:

Great location near the airport with a regular shuttle. Professional check in - efficient and helpful. There is a pool and small gym. The pool was busy with families but clean and a good temperature and environment. Good room and comfortable. This would definitely be my choice for near the airport and will be back

Hotel precioso pero muy alejado del centro y de parada de metro , tienes que ir en taxi .

la noche que nos alojamos no tuvimos agua ….. había llovido mucho en Madrid y veníamos del concierto de badbunny … no pudimos ni desmaquillarnos .
Veníamos deseando darnos una ducha de agua calentita . Esperábamos un reembolso de parte de la estancia .

En recepción nos atendieron muy bien, muy agradable, cuando llegamos a la habitación había polvo en el tocador ya que al ser todo de cristal se notaba mucho, reservamos el desayuno y nadie se dio cuenta q había vasos rotos en el buffet, la chica q había los huevos súper agradable, y una señora camarera super agradable también, pero lastimosamente se fue el agua y no pudimos ducharnos 2 días, que con el calor q hace era imposible, y cuando se supone q estaba solucionado no caía casi agua, tuvimos q volver a casa, sin ducharnos 2 días eso no es normal?, la verdad que con la respuesta del recepcionista de noche no lo encontré ni medio normal, pero igualmente una pena que tenga tanto nombre y que pasen cosas como esto….

Muchas expectativas de un hotel Hilton mucha decepcion

La atención del personal magnifica
simplemente encantadores la persona que nos hizo el check-in el dia 14 a las 15:00 salio del front desk para indicarle a mi hija donde podia dejar el coche

Se quedo sin agua por una rotura de una tuberia por una obra pero que en las habitaciones pisos altos llegaria en una hora y llego a les 3 de la madrugada
Mini bar vacio sin nada de nada
Imposiblilidad de hablar con conserjeria para solicitar otra prenda de abrigo para la cama de un huesped que se habia mojado y tenia frio y tampoco pudo tomar ducha caliente
No he recibido factura podia ser impresa o por correo electronico y no la he recibido entiendo que eso debe ser inmediato

Todo me gustó mucho.
Lo único que propongo como mejora:
Pedimos un menú cerrado por 32€ para un evento dentro del mismo hotel y era plato único con bebida. Al ser plato único varias personas del grupo se quedaron con hambre.
Propongo aumentar cantidad de comida por ración o dar la posibilidad de un primero más ligero ( tipo ensalada o revuelto) para que todo el mundo se quede satisfecho.
