O layout é muito bonito.
Faltou bell boy , cheguei cansada , tenho 73 anos e meu marido 80 , ainda bem que a recepcionista, conversou com um segurança que nos ajudou com as malas . Estamos viajando há um mês , 4 malas .

En los desayunos, el cocinero de las tortillas y huevos....un tanto lento y era el único sitio donde había cola y esperar mucho

El hotel es muy bonito, con unas instalaciones modernas y una apariencia lujosa. La atención del personal fue muy buena, la limpieza excelente y la habitación cómoda. En general, es un hotel agradable y cuidado.
La calefacción no funcionaba correctamente; incluso avisando a recepción, seguía saliendo aire frío.
Tampoco me gustó que, una vez terminado el horario del desayuno, solo se pueda tomar algo y no se pueda comer algo en la cafetería. Considero que un hotel de esta categoría debería ofrecer un servicio de cafetería independiente, donde poder desayunar o comer algo fuera de ese horario, aunque no tengas el desayuno incluido en la reserva..Como hacen otros hoteles más económicos y con menos estrellas.
