El confort de la habitacion y la comida del bar

Cons:

Una de los motivos por lo que escogi este hotel fue por su pileta templada pero el agua estaba fria. Me he comunicado en 2 oportunidades con recepción mencionando esto y, a pesar de que me confirmaron que lo habian aumentado, nunca cambio la temperatura

Ideal stopover hotel at Madrid Airport
Pros:

Easy and efficient shuttle to and from Terminal 4, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has appealing modern design and styling, large entry level room was very comfortable, dinner was good as was breakfast buffet, great choice all round. Would definitely choose if need a short stopover in Madrid in the future.

Solo la ubicación.

Cons:

La atención del personal es deficiente, entregan poca información, y tienen poco criterio. Las preguntas algo y te responden que no tenían idea. El hotel es ruidoso, las habitaciones entre ellas se escucha todo. El restaurant con una carta muy extraña y muy cara. De hecho a un papá con un niño que pidió hamburguesa le pidieron que comiera fuera del restaurant, porque no era adecuado, un viernes en la noche y con todas las mesas vacías. Muy mal!!!!
