Malheureusement quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel on a été reçu déjà par un monsieur pas du tout souriant et comme nous sommes un couple mixte mon ami marocain et moi européenne ils nous ont refusé la réservation c'était 16h30 il a fallu trouver autre chose de plus il semblerait donc qu'il ne soit pas au courant que depuis mai 2024 ce n'est plus une obligation de refuser des couples mixtes dans les hôtels.... Je pense que comme c'est une chaîne et qu'ils sont salariés au moins il ne s'embête pas ils refusent du monde ils travaillent moins car quand nous allons dans des hôtels de haut stending ou pas mais que ce sont des particuliers que c'est privé on nous a toujours été accueilli à bras ouverts très gentiment. Nous sommes vraiment déçu de l'Ibis de Ouarzazate....

Pros:

Очень хороший отель для проживания. Чисто и комфортный номер с большой кроватью. Есть место для вещей. Персонал приветливый. В отеле свой ресторан, бассейн и место для того, чтобы просто находится вне номера.

Cons:

Единственное, что напрягает очень сильно, это в 9.00 утра открывается дверь и стоит горничная с коляской для уборки. Я нигде такого не видел. Номера убираются гораздо позже, когда люди после завтрака вернутся в номер, собираются и уходят.
Здесь это очень некорректно, когда ты спишь, чужой человек открывает дверь.
Потом начали вешать табличку уже с ночи: не беспокоить

The entrance hall smelled like smoke.
We left the room in the morning to go for a walk and when we came back in the room (far before check out time) we found out that they already took away bed sheets and towels
