I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

The TV did not work, refrigerator had somebody’s leftover vegetables and a half a bottle of water. I took pictures felt I should get a refund. place did not have airport shuttle. Also parking across the street was an inconvenience.

My stay was very nice
Pros:

Very clean

Cons:

I didn't get my deposit back! So I was double charged. I paid through Booking.com and had to pay a deposit when I got to the hotel. Never got returned.

Excellent stay.
Pros:

Great location, beautiful building, nice new rooms, excellent evening restaurant and bar.

Cons:

The breakfast was a disappointment relative to the rest of the stay; food quality seriously sub par.

Nice hotel near downtown Minneapolis
Pros:

Standard Westin hotel with clean room, comfortable bed, and a renovated restaurant lounge with really nice staff (Liz). They also have a gym and pool but I didn't try. The location is also ideal in downton Minneapolis, walking distance to multiple popular restaurants, lightrail station, and Target. Generous upgrade for Titanium elite. Decent breakfast.

There were some billing issues but was professionally resolved by the manager Mark

I didnt feel it was worth the value.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. The gentleman running Valet was extremely pleasant and was prompt the moment we parked and gave us directions.

Cons:

We were allegedly upgraded to a double queen room "with a city view" i did not care for the city view we were there for a concert, and i would have preferred to have a king bed. The pool was not able to be used as its under construction. At no point does it say it is nor any of area of the hotel. The AC in our room did not get cold. It was hot all night. Also, for the amount of money spent.. there is not even a microwave in the room, and the fridges are a joke, it hold 6 cans that fall out every time the door is opened.
