Good location for a business trip but not for pleasure.
Pros:

Hotel lobby area was nice & modern.

Cons:

The bed was the worst I have ever slept in and rooms are relatively basic considering the price.

Spacious rooms
Pros:

Breakfast was fresh and warm and variety of meals. Fresh pastries my favourite .The ambience of the establishment overall is great.

Pack your earplugs!
Pros:

Staff at reception were patient when asked to change the room due to external noise from the motorway. Staff in the restuarant were very attentive.

Cons:

No value for money. The majority of rooms here are located close to the motorway. The noise from this can be heard inside the rooms even with the windows shut. Even with a room change, the noise was just as bad as the first room. No ear plugs provided either.
The gym is not up to standard, it's very basic and lacks equipment. The sauna was not on when I arrived, I had to switch it on myself and took 45minutes to get up to temperature but I understand it may be switched off for energy saving.
The mattress on the double bed was old, worn amd noisey. I ended up staying in the single bed because it was more comfortable.
Showers need to be updated, it's a bath with shower curtain. The shower head is far too low so any average sized person has to bend over to wash their hair.

Pros:

The location was excellent, it was very easy to get back to my destination. A bonus was not having to cross the M50. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful.
The room was lovely, the decor was modern and stylish. The breakfast was good, my poached eggs were cooked perfectly. The hash browns were not that fresh however we were one of the last to get breakfast. I will definitely return again…

Not great. Beds are not double and very uncomfortable
Pros:

Went for breakfast at 10am, breakfast served till 11. There was nothing in the hot food left when we arrived. Had to wait for more to be made. Wasn’t offered tea or coffee had to ask for it.

Cons:

When we arrived the reception staff barely greeted us at check in. We went to our room and as soon as we opened the door we were met with cigarette smoke. The room stank. We went to reception to tell the guy who checked us in and his reply was we are fully booked.. his colleague spoke to him in another language and then we were offered a different room.
