Modern soul less hotel with too many surly staff. Saved only by the restaurant manager who was excellent.
I paid Euro14 for breakfast and, believe it or not, there was not a single piece of fruit - not fresh, not tinned, not dried - nothing. Very poor.
I must have 6-8 emails from them ahead of my stay bigging up the hotel but it did not walk that talk.
Cannot think of a reason to ever return.

Unfortunately, our new year experience 30 to 1st January was negatively impacted by the receptionist, whose attitude and lack of support affected our entire stay. From the beginning to the end, the service was poor and unhelpful.
I travel with my older son and my 11 years old autistic son.

We arrived around 10:30am and were told by the tall black lady at the reception we needed to pay £30 for an extended check-in, which we did. I asked whether this would allow us access to breakfast and was told yes. However, when I went to breakfast with my children, our name was not on the list. After the staff member called reception, we were told we needed to pay again for breakfast, so we did not end up having it.

In addition, the TV remote was not working, the phone to contact reception did not work, and the room was very cold. None of these issues were resolved, and the receptionist was rude and dismissive when approached.

As the first point of contact, professionalism, manners, and respect towards guests are extremely important, and this was sadly lacking. Even at checkout, the interaction was unpleasant and unwelcoming. I have to ask if everything was ok after checkout so we can leave. She took the room cards and ignored the rest. This lady should not be there.

Although the hotel itself is beautiful, the poor customer service completely ruined the experience and left us regretting our stay.

The head of housekeeping (short black lady) was amazing, in the end she brought a remote which hardly work and a heater. She was pleasant and tried to sort things out for us.
The young guy from the lobby / kitchenette helped me with my sons food. He was helpful too.

Stayed on the 13th for one night on a b&b 3 course meal offer. Excellent value.
Arrived 17.30, quick friendly check in. Our room had all we needed really nice smelling toiletries. Our meal was booked for 18.30, we were showen to a booth which was perfect and more private. Susan looked after us she was very attentive but not intrusive, it was the small touches that meant a lot like asking would i like fresh milk for the room for my tea or if we would like water for our room. Our food was delicious, its a long time since we have had a starter, main & desserts but we really enjoyed it all. Breakfast had all we needed with fresh eggs cooked on request. Check out easy, we have just left and enjoyed our stay

I had an unexpected overnight stay in Dublin when I missed a connecting flight due to a weather event. The airline sent me and the other passengers via shuttle to The Address Citywest for the night. The staff were great and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and dinner at North was delicious. When I arrived in the lobby the next morning at 6:30AM, my ride to the airport was waiting for me. For an unexpected overnighter, it was a very pleasant experience.

The welcome to the hotel was very warm, all staff were very helpful. The hotel room was very large, bed comfortable but would recommend a mattress topper to have just a bit more softness. Slippers and housecoat available for sauna.

Really good rooms, clean modern and good helpful especially sakshi really helped with issue would definitely return because of this experience!

Staff are excellent, Noth restaurant is first class.
Guest parking is safe and secure.
All over a first class experience.

The room was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the flexibility to park our car before our official check in time with a departure from the parking garage long after we checked out. Thank you!

Sakshi was so lovely and welcoming when we had our stay . She checked us in and couldn’t have been more friendly with us , she accommodated us with late check in as I forgot when I was doing my booking . She was more than happy to help us with restaurant bookings for the evening. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough the restaurant the rooms and the staff . This is my second time staying in this hotel and will definitely be back .

Lovely hotel with good public transport links into Dublin Centre. Room to a good standard with bath robes and slippers provided. Staff friendly and helpful . Restaurant evening meals were very good and good value

Room was great. Location isn’t great if you rely on transport. Underground parking is available but check in staff don’t encourage using it which is odd. Located near the motorway, can be noisy if window open. For the price of stay and limited dining options nearby, breakfast should be included for all guests.

The property was well kept, the staff were helpful and kind, and the room was clean and had everything we needed! Would stay again!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were so friendly. Sakshi was lovely and made our check inn feel special. We will definitely be returning.

Check in staff not so friendly, room was big and comfy! Could hear noise from corridors as people walked passed. About £25 in a taxi to the city centre

Not sure how you can be a 4 star hotel without room air conditioners - the main reason for this rating. Also since this hotel is so far from everything it would be nice to have a little convenience shop with a few drinks, snacks etc. There seems to be many long term residents here who are constantly smoking outside making it less enjoyable to sit there. Please make the courtyard smoke free. Overall a clean hotel with friendly staff but we will never be returning here.

Very clean but very small shower over bath and extremely noisy room backing on to loud road.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic.
