I had a pleasant experience here. The warm hospitality of the staff was something way good. Special thanks to Mr. Deepak for his sweet and warm hospitality. He was a very sweet person and his service was felt very genuine. Had a very lovely experience.

I had lost my earring and Mr deepak from housekeeping did a commendable job as it was a gold earring and it was very expensive.
However Mr deepak kept on trying for almost 20-30 minutes and finally I got my earring.
All thanks to deepak sir for being so helpful.

I had a very disappointing experience at The Park, Navi Mumbai. The Food & Beverage department seems severely understaffed and poorly managed. Orders take an unreasonably long time to arrive, often resulting in other food items becoming cold while waiting. Service staff are rarely available, and it appears that everyone is occupied with their own tasks rather than attending to guests.

There were multiple service lapses during my stay. On one occasion, I was asked to share a large table with strangers. Dirty dishes were removed, but food and spills left on the table were not cleaned. When I requested to speak with the F&B Manager regarding these issues, no one seemed to know how to facilitate this.

The laundry service was equally disappointing. My clothes were not returned on time, and I had to repeatedly call and remind the staff to send them back. Most surprisingly, I was informed that dry-cleaning a blazer would take five days, which is far longer than expected for a hotel of this category.

Overall, the property falls short on service standards, particularly in the F&B and laundry departments. The lack of responsiveness, attention to detail, and accountability made for a frustrating experience.

Mr.abhishek bahudur Singh attented me he was help , generous , conscious,and always alerted to help his guest ..he was kind enough to help with all sort of problems...he was the best

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. A special thanks to Shreyansh and the entire Front Office team for their warm welcome, helpful nature, and excellent service. They were very polite, professional, and always ready to assist. Their hospitality made my stay comfortable and memorable.

Generally a good choice. I always choose to stay here when I am traveling to Navi Mumbai.

I stayed at The Park Navi Mumbai for 8 days and I absolutely enjoyed it. It was a very very comfortable stay. The hospitality at the hotel is amazing. The first thing that touched me was that my room was always impeccably clean and so well turn down by housekeeping whenever I returned from my long day. Shiba and colleagues would always smile and greet me and make really nice towel art. Small touches that make your day. Rimi, Sagar and Shubham at the restaurant would always take special care always asking if I needed something. Really enjoyed the food especially the live counters at night led by Sous Chef and his team. Faizan the beverage manager and his team at Dusk- Anup and Jajo were excellent hosts, smiling and tending to each of my need. As a business hotel, the kind of confort and hospitality offered is what makes it worthwhile especially when you are away from home. Kudos to the Park for such brilliantly trained staff. Would love to be back soon!

Upon arrival, Vikas at the reception took charge and made the check-in process incredibly quick and welcoming, which is exactly what a business traveller needs. Both Kushboo and Vikas were absolutely helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my time there.The warmth and efficiency of the staff here make it an ideal choice for business professionals. I highly recommend this property and will definitely choose it for my next corporate visit!
